My experience with the pharmacy has been very good. Nice staff and I get my prescriptions on time. My only issue I've had is with Joanne in the front. Shes very quick to jump down your throat when you are asking a question. She always seems like she's looking to argue.

I called to get my prescription which was in tennessee and the pharmacist name Tracy was very quick in response the phone and she was very helpful and cooperative. Thanks Tracy

Went in around 5:30pm 7-7-23. The whole place reeked of Marijuana. It was very pungent and fresh. Had to be someone smoking in the bathroom so I observed and employees came out. Other workers acted like it was business as usual. Other customers were making comments about it. Seems a drug test would be good idea with all the Regulated drugs in there.

I stopped here because I needed replacement batteries for my tools on the way to a job. The numbers for my batteries did not match energizer numbers. The person working asked if they could help me find what I needed. I honestly did not expect to get help but she quickly looked up the battery and found that it had been converted to a new model number. I was impressed that I was able to get verification so quickly. I believe the clerks name was zoee. Thank you!

Worst customer service in regards to pictures I printed that I own and took myself and still would not release them. Don’t waste time or Money going there. It is sad and disappointing at the not so customer service I received.

The pharmacy staff is friendly and courteous. However they just can’t deliver compared to Publix and Walmart. This is the slowest pharmacy in the area. Consistently long wait times. Also, do some shopping around, you’ll likely find that the competition is better priced. It seems like they are severely understaffed. The automated system is extremely inaccurate with pickup times and often requires calling or speaking with a person. Moving to another pharmacy. Hope this saves others some time and trouble.

Sorry excuse of a pharmacy. Staff is rude and awful. Had my script sent there to get filled and it was ready for pickup and got to location and they gave the meds to someone else that had the same script. After sitting and waiting for it to be filled. Ridiculous!! Place needs to be shut down.

After my most recent visit I am transferring all prescriptions over to the closest CVS. Very unfortunate (especially for me) bc this store is only 2 miles from my house. Willing to drive the extra 7ish miles to NOT have to deal with the staff at the pharmacy.

Absolutely the worst and most incompetent pharmacy that I have ever used. Last time I came to pick up a prescription that I called in the day before, I was told that I didn't have any refills left. I went home and checked the bottle and I had 2 refills left. I went back the next day with the bottle and the tech found my prescription that had already been filled. Came in tonight to pick up a prescription that I called in 2 days ago to be told that it could not be filled yet. Even though the tech told me that I could pick it up today. Also I have been told repeatedly that I would receive a text when my script is ready. That is yet to happen. I will be switching to CVS after tonight.

We were welcomed immediately upon entering the store. Had an issue with pricing on soda drinks. The register over charged us for the on sale amount of the sodas. Neither the worker nor myself caught this error until walking out the door ? ?. Went back in and explained & showed the receipt to the worker and she took care of the problem without any problems at all! Refunded the over charged price no questions asked.

This store has been the worst pharmacy since becoming Walgreens. Ordered my husband’s prescription which is a lifetime specialty drug, the store never has it and the order was 5 days old. I called to see what the hold up was. The young teeny bopper was rude with a terrible attitude, and told me to call the manufacturer. I said, you can’t give me an estimate? Like I said, call the manufacturer. I was appalled. Unfortunately, I’m at Walgreens mercy do to my insurance. I called the Irmo location, very friendly, respectful, and most of all, helpful! She was able to replace the order and told me it will be ready at 3:30 next tomorrow.

Very rude pharmacist staff. When I called to check on prescription that was called in, they said they didn’t have it. I called the doctor again and she said it was called in. Called pharmacist back and she said they didn’t have time to check it right then. Called again several hours later and she said they had no insurance info on me even though they have filled several prescriptions for me in the past. She finally said she had a” govt form” to fill it. I said well how much will I pay for my prescription ? She said it is free don’t you know that ? . Very very rude !! Based on other reviews, this seems normal behavior for the pharmacists. I hope someone is monitoring this and addressing this lack of professional behavior.

Run far, far away, lol. There have been numerous issues with this pharmacy but last time I went in, they gave me the wrong medication. Also, the replies from the “owner” state to call RITE AID. This is a Walgreens pharmacy and hasn’t been RITE AID for years now. Super suspect. Do yourself a favor and take your prescriptions elsewhere.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience last night was unacceptable. I Scheduled an appointment for a flu shot at 6:45, and I arrived 5 minuets early to complete any paperwork before the appointment. They have a counter to sign in for appointments, and I didn’t get helped at that counter until 6:50. Spoke with the lady at the counter, and she told me to have a seat and that she’ll bring me a clipboard with the paper work soon. I had been sitting down until 7:30 and literally watched a line form behind me, and EVERY SINGLE person in that line get taken care of before I was even handed my paperwork. After watching the line form and dissipate right in front of me without getting any help, I walked up to the counter only to be told to continue to wait for the paperwork. This entire scenario I remained patient with the staff because they did look severely understaffed with 3 people, however waiting there with no update, communication, paperwork, or ANYTHING, and just watching everyone that came in AFTER me get taken care of is just unacceptable. Like other reviews are saying, just go to the Publix pharmacy down the street. I called the Publix pharmacy and asked if they where doing flu shots, and the lady on the phone said they do them until 8pm so I literally just walked out and went to Publix. Publix took care of me in no more than 10 minuets with 3 people staffed, and I couldn’t even get a clipboard after waiting for almost an hour. I will not be returning to this location, they need some serious help for sure.
