NEVER NEVER NEVER buy gas here. EVER. The clerk behind the counter is rude and extremely condescending. Clearly doesn’t care about customer service. The pump wouldn’t reset and he said he could not reset it. So I paid in store. Pump still didn’t reset. Went back in. He told me to try a different pump. Same thing. Then said it times out after 3-5 minutes. It had been 30 seconds from the time I walked from the store to the pump. When I said I would talk to the owner he commented go ahead and they’re corporate in New York. They don’t care. I live in Chapin and have patronized this gas station all my adult life. I will never stop here again and will share with my friends and family. Avoid. Better to run out of gas. This clerk would never work for me. BEWARE.

Never buy as here. I just visited and they charged me $3.739 for regular, which is the premium price. I’ve had this vehicle for 10 years and have never tried putting premium in the vehicle. Don’t go here bc even if you buy and ask the employees what happened they act like they have no clue what’s wrong or how to fix it and no manager is available

Very bad service. The bathrooms are in working order but the person working said they are not in order (they don’t flush they don’t work) when they obviously do this place needs new management ASAP. So tired of rude workers and them closing bathrooms. Not letting anybody go they like it’s their own no bathroom no gas

you do not have low cigarette prices those are some of the highest cigarette prices I've paid for cigarettes in a long time I usually pay $4.50 that was $7 for a pack of cigarettes

They closed the door in my fAce before I could go in to purchase food irem, and it was during posted business hours. It scared me....an older man workng rhete? i will never go to a Shell station again.

Sweet lord almighty do NOT get gas here... it took a solid 6-8 minutes to pump gas....It went about $1 worth of gas every 10 seconds, absolutely excruciating. I could’ve gone to every other gas station on this road and filled my tank up in the time it took me to fill my tank one time here.
