DO NOT TRUST THEM. I was literally yelled at multiple times for trying to ask if the waistband I wanted was possible. Yelled at for trying to give feedback that it might be too tight. And then when my pants inevitably came out too tight, yelled at for not giving feedback, and told “you wanted them too tight remember?” (what in the gaslight is that??). I had to go back FOUR TIMES and I cried after leaving each time. The 4th time I didn’t bother talking to the stitch-witch, I just took my pants, UNWEARABLE and worse than before, and left. Pants are going to Goodwill now. They charged me $70 for this.

I saddens me to even explain what I went through with my wedding dress. Where do I begin… I fell absolutely in love with my dress when I bought it, and by the time I picked it up it looked completely different. For starters, my dress wasn’t even done until 2 days before my wedding. And it was obvious they forgot about it until I showed up, rushing to make the alterations that morning. My dress was falling off of me on my wedding day because they refused to take it in. The top was frayed. The chest inserts were not sewn in all the way. The bustles were completely broken and when it came time for my first dance, my dress had to be safety pinned. It looked awful and was an added stress to me, my planners, and my bridesmaids. We were so behind on our timeline and schedule because of this. On top of that, my rehearsal dinner outfit had red paint all over it and they refused to take it out. Neither of my wedding pieces were steamed, they refused to do this for me. For $625…. Absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention how incredibly rude and disrespectful they treated me and my family. They were also body shaming clients RIGHT in front of me. Saying awful things about other brides bodies when they walked out the door. It was unbelievable to even experience this and I beg any bride to stay as far away from this company as they can. Mind you… this is the short version of what I went through… because this is an online platform im choosing to keep most of the details not in writing. Absolutely horrible people.

Dear Customers,
We are sorry that she's not happy. We asked her to bring her daughter in. But she did not, what she told us where the hem needed to be which was 1/2 inch.From what we took off it look dirty from being worn. We did let her know to call our employer Monday , we let her know we did not give out her personal number out. She also upset my coworker after she being accused of ruining the dress. One of my coworker did raise her voices but on any regular day she talks loudly. We did show her the.material and we showed her what we took off and she was sure that we messed it up.She refused to bring the person in to try it on.Most dresses have a little sweep on the back

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR CLOTHING. This is worst experience I’ve ever had with a business- ever.
Simple straight hem on a prom dress is significantly uneven- at least an inch higher in the front than the back. I very nicely, calmly asked to have a look at it together- the lady raised her voice and became very defensive. Her immediate denial before even looking at the dress was clear confirmation that she knew of the issue before I even brought it up. She became unhinged, yelling and denying and refusing to acknowledge the very obvious issue with the dress.
I asked for a manager/owner to speak with and she refused to provide any information. Another seamstress tried to look at the dress and help and she yelled at her as well, telling her to go away.
My dress is ruined. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. Terrible work and unhinged employee.
If the manager/owner would like to discuss this further, my ticket order # was 837349 dropped off on 2/25/2025.

I brought in a vest and back patch, it was a little pricy and timely but I know it's not a normal request and was willing to wait and spend the money to have it done right, especially since it's a patch to honor an artist I really enjoy that had passed. I'm a ship builder not a seamstress but I think the photo shows the patch was nowhere near straight and if you pull out the tape measure it's even worse than it looks. If a simply back patch is too difficult to get straight I'd hate to see what would happen to an expensive item like a wedding dress. About the only good thing I can say was it was ready by the they scheduled but that was also 3 weeks later so take that as you wish.

Witch is an appropriate name for this store. They are nothing but rude. Clothes dropped off with a 3 week pick-up date actually means 6 weeks. Unfriendly. They are unable to communicate if what you requested is not possible. Google won't let me post zero stars.

I have used this place 2 times now. The first time they were extremely rude and condescending. I can normally shake that off and give someone a second chance. My second experience was the exact same thing. Julia seems to be the center of negativity in this place. She is so arrogant and bitter. As soon as you walk through the door the negativity is palpable.
I would highly recommend going elsewhere.
I truly don’t understand how a place like this stays in business.

Really did a poor job on my dress. My dress had pockets they completely removed them. The pockets were a very important part of the dress ?and the purpose of the dress.
I will not use them again.

JUST DO NOT GO HERE. I wish I could put ZERO because the people that run this place are absolutely AWFUL. My stepdaughter actually left in tears & she is a very sweet & reasonable person. They didn't ask her if she gained weight, which she did not,...they flat out accused her of it, then made unpleasant faces that she could see in the mirror when trying to fit her. They were rude, insulting and did what they could to humiliate her. This is a blight on her wedding week that she now can't just shake off. Just take your business, & your hard earned money somewhere so you can be treated like a human being. THIS ISN'T THE PLACE FOR THAT.

Where can I even begin? Roberta saved my wedding day (in more ways than one). After dealing with a horrible dress situation (my custom gown that was made to order arrived as a different dress -- that Roberta expressed little confidence in making it perfect but she was willing to try and at that point I had no one!) by no fault of her own the dress just wasn't going to work out. I ended up finding a wedding dress the week before my wedding and she was able to make these seamless alterations over night. I highly recommend Roberta. Her knowledge, spunk and work ethic are impeccable.

Roberta and her ladies saved the day, more than once. She did my alterations for my wedding gown and it turned out perfect. I then trusted her with my reception dress and even though I had to have a few alterations, she was patient and she got it done for me in a few days so I would have it in time for my wedding. 10/10! They will be my alteration's place for life.
