We recently did a short-term rental in Charleston and were in need of some rental furniture. We visited several furniture rental stores and were very disappointed. Then we were referred to this Aaron's furniture location. Lynn was INCREDIBLE!! She spent so much time with us. She really went so far above and beyond and ended up getting us exactly what we wanted!! We were very appreciative of her wonderful assistance! When it came time for our deliveries, we had a really GREAT team of guys, Herb & Justin!! They were very nice and respectful. Out of all of the deliveries I have ever had, they were definitely one of the best teams! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION AND THIS TEAM!! Cherie

Mark is RUDE and does not care about customers, just their money. I have been a good customer of Aaron's north Charleston sc for many years and have paid off several items. I have referred regular more than one item purchasing customers. Mark, the regional manager is very cold hearted. After a total loss of my car and I could not work I asked for a 4 day extension after all these years as a customer and them constantly begging me to come back. Mark said NO, he doesn't care how long I have been a customer or what I'm going through, pay or they will pick it up for being 4 days late. The store also would not allow me to speak to an employee who has managed my account for years. They only are about getting your money though they're taking what is double plus the cost of the item. Youwouldthinkthey would be more considerate for their good customers. Now I have to lose my item I've paid for mo that just because I wont have the money for 4more days. . Mark is cold, rude and because of him I will never return to them or refer anyone to them.If I were you, for all the money you pay them, if ever late,watch how the customer service changes. I am so dissatisfied with Mark the GM

Tom is terrible! Where is Steve? Steve was so professional! I’ve paid off a bedroom set, living room set and dining set from this place. Now her comes Tom with my last rent to own (a laptop) acting crazy. I was 2 days late in which i called because I changed banks so my checks were not posting on time. He beats on my door like the cops on two occasions. The last time he lied and told me my phone was disconnected (like who the heck wouldn’t know if their phone was disconnected) he’s a liar! I just gave the laptop back because i refuse to deal with him! I miss Steve! Never will I go to Aarons again!

I move to South Carolina with nothing but 7 pair of work clothes Aaron's help me get furniture for my living room and a bedroom set when nobody else would approve me and I haven't missed a payment yet. Most of my stuff is already half paid off and they work with me anytime I my check aint right, they will work with me and help me out till the next check I am totally satisfied with Aaron's and will always shop with them.

This Aaron's location on Savannah Highway in West Ashley is a great source for furniture, electronics, appliances, and much more. I really like their selection and how easy it is to get set up with everything that you need. The staff here is very helpful and makes sure that you get assistance.

We've had a couch set from Aaron's for about 6 or 7 months. Piece of garbage. First a footrest broke. Then the middle back piece, then two of the other footrests. At first we thought maybe we were too rough with it, but too many things ended up breaking. We didn't send it back because the man who sold it is my kid's friend's grandfather, and we figured we could fix the couch eventually. Well, the last footrest broke and we have been discussing sending it back. Didn't make a payment yet. We are one payment behind, and this man (the grandfather) has called me at work (ok whatever) ay which point i told him my wife would call him (she's the one who rented the couch). THEN, he shows up at my door on a Saturday at 8:15 am, knocks about 5 times to make sure and wake up the entire house. Then proceeds to keep asking me what's going on. I said I'm not sure, you'll have to talk to liv, he keeps it up, telling me I should know what's going on. So then I tell him we may be sending it back anyway. HIS RESPONSE?!! "We aren't taking it back, it's broken. Broken footrest". Then a little smirk like he had bested be or something. Ok, so your granddaughter told you our footrest was broken. Well, since she's been here, so have all the others and the middle, supporting back part of the couch. HE TELLS ME MY DOGS DID IT!! Yeah, because dogs use footrests and can break a whole piece of the couch off. Ok. So THEN this man says to me,"so you're just going to make excuses?" Then I raised my voice, because at this point this is way past harassment. Asked him why he thought he could talk to me that way. Then of course he says "you're the one raising your voice." I think that's when I shut the door. I'm just completely floored by the unprofessional behavior, and this man thinking he can talk to someone the way he did. They won't take the couch back broken? Huh? What, sir, are you going to force us to keep it?! Ughhhhh

Excellent customer service. Made my first experience easy, comfortable, & convenient. They don’t forget who you are, will call to give you reminders/follow up, & seem to actually care about customer service, which is almost Easton to these days.
