No complaints. I didn't buy anything but it seemed very popular! Everyone had an Aerie bag walking down King St.

Walked in about 15 minutes before closing, being very aware they close soon and I’ll need to hurry. I came in because I’m 7 months pregnant and have no pants that fit me anymore and I saw some in the window that I was going to get in every color to wear the remainder of my pregnancy and probably postpartum. When we walked in I asked if they are closing, the lady at the front said “it’s fine go ahead” so I continued to grab a color in a few different sizes to go try and on kind of race around for 2 minutes seeing if there was anything else comfy I may want in a few colors other than these yoga pants…..I went to go try them on and had to get the attention of an employee not paying attention just sitting down talking to a colleague, to open up a dressing room. She took me back, went to grab for the key and said “oh…. They just informed me over my radio the dressing rooms are closed”. If the dressing rooms were just closing why would you even let us in the store? Why would you see me rushing to pick a few things out and then passive-aggressively close the dressing rooms on me? I said….” Okay is there any way I can try just one pair on to see where I may fall on size since I have no idea I’m so pregnant” she said “no they’re closed” so I asked politely if I could run in the restroom real fast to try them on (I would have tried them on over my pants had I not had a jumpsuit on that I had to undress to take off) and she said “I’d really prefer you not, I can’t help you”. I did get pretty frustrated. I didn’t end up buying anything and ended up walking out. These people that want to do the bare minimum at their job, close down early, and try and leave the millisecond they’re allowed to…. Will not ever move up in this world. They could see I’m pregnant and so happy to find pants that’ll fit and I’ll be comfy in. I was planning on buying about 5 plus another style in 3 colors. For 15 minutes in the store. I’d say that would be a pretty good return but these minimum wage employees don’t care. That’s the problem. Store is beautiful and in a great location. It’s the staff that are super underwhelming and can’t be bothered ?
