Horrible service. Set to move and sent an email stating they were canceling moves, including me, because they were to busy. No phone call, just email. messed us up royally. Thank goodness Three men and a truck came through!

Was assigned to this company for a relocation. Our things were packed up by another company up north and then transferred to Azalea. On the day we got our delivery the guys were extremely nice but definitely didn't put the boxes into the rooms that I had told them to, leaving us hauling boxes and furniture up/down stairs. They were supposed to unpack our goods for us upon arrival but the driver gave us the option to unpack ourselves then have them come back to pick up the debris (which ultimately saves them a ton of time), so we decided to unpack our own things but having the debris picked up has been a nightmare. They attempted to come one day when we were unable to be here because of work, so that one was our fault. They then called again a couple of weeks later to try and pick up again so we made sure we were home but never got the call from the driver. I called back a week later and got a nasty attitude from both of the front office ladies that the driver had called but I never answered, I have no missed calls or messages from them and stayed home all afternoon waiting for them. When they finally agreed to come get it they told me where we live on Johns Island isn't an area they usually service so we would be waiting for a while. After looking at other reviews it seems we are not the only ones that have had this exact same issue. After all this they did come pick up the debris and the front office ladies were very nice on the morning of pick up. Our bed frame was also lost somewhere along the move (maybe by the transportation company, not azalea) and Azalea got us a new one that was delivered on the day of the debris pick up. My advice: have them spend the extra time to unpack for you if that's what they're contracted to do or you'll have to wait and argue to get it done.

The worst moving experience of all my past moves. The packers were careless with my belongings. Boxes were mislabeled and filled with miscellaneous items that should of been wrapped better. My fine China was in a box labeled "lamp shades." Needless to say, my belongings arrived damaged and completely disorganized.
