Theses people are terrific. They greeted us at the door, asked what concerned us and directed us to a technician. Within minutes, my wife’s new iPad mini was set up, all the data from her old iPad transferred and all of our questions answered. I could not be happier with the attention and service we received.

Apple is one of the biggest company, they need to educate more their employees. I was there today and let me tell you. Very poor communication. Don’t know how to take it, if it discrimination or just people not getting paid enough to be there.

What is the point of booking an appointment for 5:00 PM if no one is going to talk to you for 30 minutes outside of my intial walk in to the store asking if I had an appointment. I work in sales and I understand sometimes appointments run behind but it’s unprofessional to not keep someone who schedules an appointment updated. Guess I’ll have to figure out why my laptop won’t charge on my own. I rarely write bad reviews. But this was irritating especially because I arrived yesterday with the wait being over an hour for a walk when I already $10+ for parking.

I just needed help with my apps. They were kind and helped me which was great because I’m taking a college class and have also my personal pictures on the iPhone of Tom and I and our dog. The pictures each mean the world to me. We use our iPhones all the time. Thank you apple.

Do NOT order through Apple online for next day delivery. Experience was terrible and Apple Store rep unhelpful to resolve. Call center says the store could help, store says not their problem and no way to contact Uber who is delivering. Poor customer service all around.

Had a great experience shopping for a new phone. Sales team were very knowledgeable and I was even able to trade in my old phone for a credit. They helped me to transfer the data off my old phone and get my new phone set up! There was about a 30 minute wait but that was expected on a busy Saturday!

Worst Apple experience I've ever had. I went in today to purchase a new iPhone and ended up walking out the door.Once signed in, I had to wait for 30 minutes before a Sales rep could help me. Once the Sales rep approached me, he had a poor attitude and was very condescending.1. They could not transfer my photos and contacts from my previous phone to the new one I was attempting to purchase -- they told me I have to purchase additional storage, do the transfer myself, then come back to trade in my old phone for a credit.2. The iPhone charger is not included with the new phones. You need to purchase it separately, which is ridiculous.3. They didn't have the screen protector I wanted in stock, instead he was trying to upsell me on a different one for $40.$1200 for rude Sales reps and a horrible customer service is not worth it. Time to switch to Samsung or Google.

Visited the store this afternoon to pick up a new phone. Overall experience was excellent. Tracy was my sales rep and she did a wonderful job explaining the process of transferring my data over to my new phone and setting me up with the best accessories to go with my new phone and a relatively short period of time. Afterwards I was paired up with Devin who was able to get me fully switched over and answered my remaining questions, efficiently. Nice work Apple and knowledgeable staff. Kudos

I love the Apple Store because they are actually amazing with service. Some of them are really nice and some of them are kind of mean sometimes but mostly they are all friendly and amazingly at their work. So I was suggest anyone to go there to pick up the new iPhone 15 or anything else. The store is amazing and it’s very customized and Decorative.

Drove to Charleston from Charlotte to pickup my new IPhone 15. Had a few a issues so I talked to apple employee / lead Jess. She was WONDERFUL !! I'm a disabled Vet so it's always nice these days when you find people who treat you kindly with patience and make sure your needs are meet. Great people skills !!!!Thanks again !

Service has always been good at Apple, always a wide variety of options--nothing cheap. I went in for a specific phone and was told they were out, but I should call every couple days and check to see if they have it in stock. The first time I did, the woman told me it wasn't their priority to sell new ones, but to make sure the people who have already ordered receive theirs. It seemed odd t she didn't want to earn my money, too. I ordered it from calling Apple directly.

I had a disappointing experience with the Apple representative. I waited for about 5 minutes only to be told that they didn't have the product I was looking for. Instead of being straightforward, she was rude throughout the entire process. It's disappointing to encounter such unprofessionalism in the Apple store. She didn't even have a name badge, but she mentioned her name might be "Dee" or "Tee." When we visit Apple, we expect good customer service, and I was truly surprised by the lack of attention I received. I politely asked if she had a moment as she was with another customer, and instead of a simple "no," she went into a lengthy explanation. It would have been much better if she had just apologized and said they didn't have it.

I only post negative comments in the hopes that management or someone will take note and perhaps improve. We walked in to the store to buy 2 new phones. It's so odd and so impersonal. The person has to first check you in, then you're "assigned" to someone who asks you the same questions as the person checking you in. It's a herd-like thing. We were assigned this really nice lady who seemed to want to help and in the middle of it, another guy came over and told her she had to take lunch and he took over. He was nice but he wasn't that knowledgeable. Didn't tell us anything about the phone. It was almost as if, "hey, doesn't matter to me if you buy or not." We bought two iPhones and despite my using our Apple Card, we weren't given 0 percent interest. That's okay, but we should have least been given the option or an explanation. Then, they failed to tell us that the phones we bought would be dropping by $100 EACH in a few days. Bad experience. We've been to other Apple stores in the country and this was is not one of the better ones. Historically, Apple employees or so-called "experts" are nice and want to tell you everything about a product. Not here. They herd you here and there and the person who was supposed to "help" set up or answer questions just kind of hung out, looking bored and mad and barely talked unless we asked him a specific question. Perhaps it's coming from the top down, but I believe Apple Charleston needs to do a bit better. \We will most likely order online or visit another store should we decide to purchase any other Apple products.
