The manager, Reggie T, was very kind and accommodating when I visited the store with my daughter. We were on vacation when her phone was flooded in the pineapple fountain and died forever. We purchased a new phone from from another location, where they didn’t help her set it up. She struggled all night trying to set it up. She was devastated to not be able to use her phone while on vacation. We went to this AT&T location and Reggie was the best. He worked hard to figure out what was wrong and had her phone up and going before we left. He saved me from having to deal with a moody phone-less teenager while on our vacation. We are so grateful! Let us know when you’re in Mpls, Reggie!

This store was so incredibly helpful! My boss and I were on a business trip and she got her phone stolen. The two employees stayed after closing hours to help her activate a new phone and report the stolen phone. This is absolutely the easiest and best experience we have EVER had in a phone store!! Would give 1 millions stars if we could!!!!!!

Definitely recommend this location if you are wanting great customer service! The manager there, John was very helpful and knowledgeable on why switching to AT&T is a great idea! Go see him and see what he can do for you guys as well!

Love this store! Very friendly employees, and the store is very clean! The guys who were working there when I came in were very knowledgeable about everything AT&T had to offer! Will definitely be recommending this store to many others! Thanks guys!

Broke my phone and had to come by and get a new one, and let me just say, he may be new, but Tyrek is by far the best AT&T employee I've ever been helped by. Very knowledgeable, very understanding, got me in and out the store with a brand new Iphone 13. Wasn't pushy, actually catered to my needs and the way he helped me surpasses the majority of retail experiences I have. I've worked retail as management for over 8 years in several different settings, and Tyrek is the type of employee I can only dream of having! Keep Tyrek on your team, and your store will excel. Thank you again, Tyrek! Will recommend this location/employee to anyone who needs phones or service!

AT&T is in the bait and switch business...give you one quote and then change it drastically after one month. I've been a customer for almost 4 years, but no longer. I am referring to their national business in internet and cable tv. Cutting the cord for sure...
