My husband and I had a fantastic experience with Kacey. She was pleasant, knowledgeable and very patient. She discussed the various CPAP machines, masks, etc. for my husband’s needs and clarified issues that he has had. After many years of speaking with people in the industry, Kacey was the best!

We were vacationing on Isle of Palms, and I desperately needed a small part to my CPAP, that I had left behind in New Orleans. I called Delta Pharmacy, but they didn't have what I needed. They referred me to Atlantic, who had the part. They were the nicest people, on the phone and in the drive up service. Thank you Atlantic Respiratory Services!

I wish that I could rate AR as 4.5/5. I lost a loaner CPAP in an airport. It was probably stolen. Fortunately, I was informed that AR will charge me $550, which is still "wallet burn." The amount is reasonable. An identical machine costs $1000 (new) online. Billing has been a a little slow to take care of this issue, but the owner has assured me that I will only be charged for $550.

Took time to answer all of our questions and went through everything in great detail. Assured us that they were available if we had any issues or further questions but for me it was the consideration given to my son who has special needs and was anxious about his new CPAP machine. Wonderful experience all around.

No problem with the clinical side. Particularly frustrating is to be forwarded to a home monitoring safety service sales line no matter what choice you make to say no.Follow up: Cheryl and I spoke. I appreciated her explanations for the items in question. Additionally they will work to understand / resolve the phone issue. This was something that she was not aware was happening.

Very professional and polite staff. Casey assisted me and was very knowledgeable about the CPAP and masks and making sure we picked the best one. I had lots of questions and she answered all of them.

After being diagnosed with severe sleep apnea I was ordered to go get a machine to help me breathe at night. The first mask for the machine did not work out and the people were very understanding when I called to question what I needed to do. The next mask is much better fitting and working well. It's quite a scary thing to find out that I stopped breathing 67 times an hour, every hour for the 7.5 hours I was supposed to be sleeping. Now I sleep through the night. When I wake up in the morning, I do not feel so tired. Before I could hardly make it through the day without almost falling asleep at the desk doing the dreaded head bobbing every few minutes.
