Went by today at 12;00 PM. Hand written sign on door "Closed In Meeting". About 6 customers accumulated over 15 minutes. Finally, a women employee opened the door and told us they would be closed for an hour the employees at this store location are in a meeting. One guy flipped her off, the rest of us shook our heads in disbelief and left. Terrible!

They don’t even deserve a star, worst customer service ever, the little high school boy is extremely disrespectful, they closed the doors early before 9. When all I needed was a bulb and the little boy had the nerve to flip me off when I was trying to come in. Won’t ever go back to this store and I’ll let everyone I know, know about my experience and closing the doors before closing is not acceptable on a business stand point, that is extremely unprofessional.

The employee went above and beyond for me. Found out the problem on my Explorer, and called a mechanic for me, who took me in immediately....by 8:00 on a Monday morning.

I went into the Autozone store on John's Island Savannah Hwy and experienced very unprofessional customer service. I wanted to buy a battery for my 2013 Honda Accord. I was silenced with a hand gesture by the woman behind the counter when her and another employee were talking. When I addressed that situation I was told that I did not have to come back to that store by the male employee that was the other half of the conversation. Customer service is non-existent at this store. To be treated like you were of no value is unprofessional and disrespectful. I will be calling the district manager in reference to this incident and hopefully I will receive some satisfaction.

Just left and the two people working were behind the counter talking to each other and ignoring all the customers. I asked if they had something in back and the response I got was “nope” and they went right back to their conversation. They were both rude and dismissive and it shouldn’t make customers uncomfortable to ask a question or feel like they’re interrupting.

I can honestly say in the last at least 3 months this store has made a 100% turnaround it's undoubtedly now my number one go to auto parts store good job management good job AutoZone I appreciate y'all.
