Mr Earl Murray expedited the process of me getting a vehicle by personally delivering it! I noticed some slight damage to the front which I did not see on the website. The sales manager and Mr Murray stayed late to make the sale. He offered to have it fixed and I explained I just didn't have time to come back. I offered a different option which was my small down payment back. No paperwork,just a handshake and I got my check today. We also agreed on a remote wich Mr Earl made sure he got and delivered that as well!!!

Loved the experience, the people were awesome!! The environment of dealership creates is fabulous. My only recommendation is that the cashier walk through each bill with the client. I paid double the price for my oil than any other GMC dealership I have attended. I have moved a lot lately so I have experienced other dealerships in the last year.

Purchased a 2019 Yukon from another dealership 6 months ago so this was first time getting service at Baker. Service advisor was friendly and on top of things and didn't try to push unnecessary service add ons. Waiting room was nice...I like how windows look out to shop so you can watch your vehicle being serviced. Service was quick and appreciated the free vacuum and wash.

Your service dept is always on top of my vehicle needs. My last visit with Peter was very nice. I had some time comstraints for getting my services done. So, Peter and the service dept did a great job and got me back on the road quickly! The salesman and team at least made me feel like when I bought my car I was getting a deal. :) It was a joy to work with them and their approach of not being pushy and being personable was a major plus. Better experience at Buick than Cadillac or Chevy for sure. I'd recommend to my friends.

Starts at the Top....Poor leadership, no integrity, no service standards, they don't call you back & leave you hanging. Not even executing the minimum standard. Inexcusably slowwwww, no care, no purpose & poor communication & customer service. So disappointing, Buick Corporate should be ashamed of the poor representation of their brand

We arrived for a camping trip on Edisto Island and our truck literally died right at our campsite. I told the service consultant that if I didn't get the truck repaired before the weekend I would have to have our camper towed to a storage facility. I had the truck towed to their service department on Tuesday and they had it repaired the next day. The service consultant said he worked with his manager and they were able to expedite the testing and subsequent needed repairs. Outstanding customer service that is rare to experience now-a-days.

I received excellent customer service from the time I stepped out of my vehicle until the service was done! Jeremy provided me with great customer service and the young lady that closed out my transaction was also very nice and cordial! I live in Summerville but I will definitely drive the extra distance to get the customer service I received from the employees at Baker motor!

Buyers Beware please don’t buy GMC Acadia 2023 as the service and spare cost of this vehicle is not just stupid and irrational it will certainly going to rip your wallet. I bought a brand new GMC Acadia 2023 from this dealership and few days back when someone just pulled out the plastic cover of my shark Finn antenna on roof(pics attached) which can easily be pulled out with one hand. When I went to this dealership for getting the new one they said that it comes in full part and they don’t sell cover only of this and it costed me 200$ for the part cost and they further told me that they will have to open the entire roof lining to install the same which will further cost me 700$ plus taxes and full one day. Just imagine someone just pulling out a plastic cap of your antenna and you will have to shell out 1000$ just for that as no other cover available in aftermarket will fit in it and you will have to bear this exhorbitant cost every time someone pulls out the plastic cap of your roof antenna. This vehicle and brand needs to be avoided as even the GM customer care failed to provide any help on this . Check pics for reference

Made an appointment because service guy said it would be faster. It was NOT. Dropped my car off first thing Monday morning and I had to call them to get update on Wednesday. Service rep. sent me a text back that I am sure a generated one...I called again on Thursday and the operator said she would have the rep get in touch. I told her I had left 3 messages and i wanted a call back, not a text. My car had not been seen yet. I called back on Friday morning. I was told they would go see if my car had been seen yet.... my car was not seen until Friday. The service rep. finally called me back at 4:36 pm to tell me what they found. I told them not to work on my car. I told them i would pick it up Saturday morning. They said it would be ready. Of course, when I got there it was not ready and I had to wait 20 minutes. I have had my GMC for 9 years..... I will not go to Baker again. My husband also has a GMC. He will not be returning there either. If,and that is a BIG if, by another GMC it will NOT be at Baker.

Bought a brand new gmc pickup a little over a year ago. Sales department is fine but let me tell you about service.... don't expect anything to get done under 2 hours regardless of how minor it is even with an appointment. Last 2 times I was there to have someone look at my steering wheel as the leather is wearing off same as the shifter after a year. Claimed GM denied the claim. Contacted gm direct, they stated the dealership denied the claim. Silly as the dealership gets paid by gm for warranty repairs.... [worked for a dealership before] and made every excuse in the book to not warranty the leather wearing off after a single year....... not to mention it took them a month to even give me an answer and had to call several times. Last time I was there I made an appointment for a tire change. A single tire. With a set appointment time... after 1 hour and 30 minutes I was a bit upset as I can see my truck just sitting there for an hour with nothing getting done. Asked what's going on. They lost the tire.... you couldn't have just informed me what's going on? No the rep gave me attitude and couldn't care what was going on. 2 hours and 30 minutes later I got ONE tire changed.... I called last week to speak with someone about it as no one was around that day to speak about it and still have not got a call back or any sort of reaponse. They only care about selling you a vehicle and could care less about repairs warranty, service, or customer care. Not sure why they would ruin a relationship over denying a warranty claim when I still have a warranty on the truck.... go some place else.

I appreciate that they were able to fit me in relatively quickly; however, the initial issue I brought my car in for did not get fixed — which was a noticeable wobble when driving between 55 and 70 mph. I paid $400 to have the front rotors replaced and $70 to have the tires balanced (which I was just recently told isn't part of the standard tune-up, so the tires hadn't been getting balanced for many check-ups). Whereas the wobble is slightly better, it is still there and I'm afraid it will wear down my current rotors in the same way. I called Ryan Farrel and Baker Buick GMC Cadillac of Charleston and left him a text message at the designated number, but he never got back to me. Again, I appreciate that they got me in last-minute, but I'm frustrated that they didn't actually fix the issue.
