Berlin’s is a fabulous store. Their clothes are current yet classic, & their amazing knowledgeable staff know how to dress each client! (For the last 20 years, My favorite clothes were purchased here.)

I came in looking to buy some sport coats and there seemed to be no rhyme or reason or organization or division of labor on the men's section sales floor. Two salespersons seemed to be juggling 4-5 different customers in the men's section while salespersons were standing around in the women's section in the back - though they seemed to be enjoying themselves. I would suggest training/moving/surging the salespersons from the back up to the men's section to better meet customer needs in the future. The owner finally came out though they didn't appear to be managing the situation and it wasn't clear from the way they were dressed. They looked very timid and they were almost as confused as the salespersons I encountered. The salesperson who I was "working" with kept telling me that they "didn't have the proper expertise to advise me on sport coats" and I would have to wait until the other salesperson was through. My salesperson and the owner/manager never really figured out for me whether they could get the blazer in the size I wanted. I came down from Myrtle Beach just to pick up a few things while traveling and wanted to drop some coin. Oh well. Very disappointing experience.

We were in search of a suit for my friend's husband. Berlin's is a classic menswear store. They carry suites, ties, pocket squares, shoes, belts, shirts, etc. The store is organized and well stocked. It is bright and clean. The associates were helpful enough.

We came in last minute, in an out of ordinary situation where my wife needed a gown in a hurry! Martha stepped up to the challenge and painstakingly showered my wife in dress after dress! At long last, we found what we needed. Thanks to Martha and everyone at Berlin's who helped make our event a success!

Berlin's For Men on King Street in Charleston is one of my favorite places to shop for quality clothing for all occasions. I really like the selection of different items available that is classic and fashionable. The staff here is very attentive and is available to make sure that you have everything that you need to look your best. I have been happy with all of the purchases that I have made from here.

This is a little boutique shop that has casual and dressy clothing items on King Street. I found a couple sweaters that I liked, but they weren't available in my size and we're only available in larges are excellent. They have some long and short dresses for cocktail and dressy occasions as well.The clearance rack is in the rear of the store, by the wardrobe or dressing area.

Beautiful store and the staff member was courteous and helpful. I appreciated this a lot because most high end stores I feel don't take me seriously as a customer because of my age (22). This was not the case at Berlins. I was happily assisted and I found a beautiful dress for Valentine's day. A dress I've been searching awhile for but refused to buy at another store that lacked the excellent customer service I recieved at Berlins. I recommend this store for high fashion shopping needs. Will return.

Berlin's was one of our final stops in our shopping today. My mom has always loved Berlin's, but we wanted her to try out some other spots first. Of course, she was right. Within 30 minutes, we all knew which dress would be her mother of the bride dress! The sales associate (Martha Verner) was very friendly, and helpful, and we had fun with her. We can't wait to go back and see what the final product looks like!

I had several pairs of pants tailored here, and my experience was very disappointing. When I first took my pants in, both the sales associate and the tailor were very pleasant. However, after I picked up the pants and tried them on, I realized they were all altered to be too small. In fact, one pair was so tight that when I tried them on and walked around a bit, the seam in the crotch ripped open. When I took the pants back to be fixed, I started to try my pants on so the tailor could see how much to let them out. Instead she said she would just let them out a bit. The tailor was helping another customer and seemed to have no interest in making sure my pants were properly fixed. I would have happily waited until the tailor was done with the other customer to ensure my pants were properly tailored. Then when I was giving my information to the sales associate, she started to ask for payment. I explained that I was getting my alterations fixed and had already paid once, and her response was "Okay, BYE." About a week later, I hadn't heard from Berlin's and wanted to know if my pants were ready. I went into the store where I again encountered the rude sales associate. I asked if my pants were ready and she responded "probably" and then went to the back of the store to retrieve them. My pants were indeed ready, but despite having my phone number, no one ever called to let me know they were ready. Then I asked if I could try the pants on to make sure they fit this time, and the sales associate just looked at me and said "All the dressing rooms are full." Feeling uncomfortable with the sale associate's rudeness, I left and tried my pants on at home only to find that they still don't fit properly. I will not be going back for a third time or ever again, and I am extremely disappointed with the poor quality of tailoring and rude customer service.
