If I could give Bill Frehse and his associates zero stars I would (aside from his receptionist, who is friendly). I’ve been a customer for years since I started driving, and even went to high school with Bill’s son-in-law. This office is only focused on sales, not customer service. Bill and his employees tend to get heated quickly, escalating the situation from bad to worse when you are at your most vulnerable emotional state. I was rear ended in a parking lot and called the office for guidance. I filed a police report and claim at everyone’s suggestion (because I couldn’t just deal with one agent here and got the run around). They assured me the accident wouldn’t be reported because it was not my fault and an uninsured claim. Guess what? They reported it. They also refused to cover the costs to repair my new car with new parts. They wanted me to put used parts on an SUV that was not even a month old. Then they didn’t want to send an adjuster to inspect the damages. I had to fight them tooth and nail to cover ANYTHING. And then, to top it all off, it took 3 MONTHS, multiple office visits and over a dozen phone calls to receive my check!!! They kept lying saying it was mailed or the service shop was paid, but later upon an audit trail, discovered that they NEVER mailed anyone payment. AVOID this office in particular like a democrat running for office (or a rogue republican depending on your preference). Either way, Bill is bad news and “like a bad neighbor, he ain’t gonna be there.”

I've had my insurance through Bill for over 16 years now and my entire family chooses to be insured there too and for good reason! They're always very pleasant to work with and never let us down whether it's on the phone or in the office. And it's really nice to have a physical office to go to if needed. Bill, Patty, Martha, Stanley, and everyone else are awesome!!

I have been insured by this office for almost 30 years. Everyone there is so easy to work with and they will help you figure anything out from car accidents, insuring teenage drivers to home and life insurance policies.

Been a loyal customer of this agent for over 25 years. Now that I need help with what should be a SIMPLE claim for minor damage to auto (not accident related) I get nothing but run around, hours on hold and another toll free number to call. Apparently they only do the bookkeeping/collect premiums at the local branch and refer you elsewhere for any additional assistance. If all I needed was a phone #, I could google that.Very disappointed in this office.

I was in a car accident and we had the same insurance broker. Because she had more money invested in mr. Frehse I was claimed at fault for the accident. Never doing business with him again.

Constantly get flyers in the US Mail from this agency and other State Farm Agencies near me. It borders on harassment as far as I am concerned. I can see sending a flyer out once a year perhaps from one agency but to get so many from the same company is absurd. I never thought much of privacy when it came to my data but these flyers are generated as a result of my web activity and for the most part as automated. I do. It like seeing government regulations that are restrictive but since State Farm seems incapable of stopping this type of behavior I think it’s time for Uncle Sam to step in. Same goes for robo calls. The source is the same, my web activity. I will NEVER use State Farm for this very reason.
