I was at 3737 Rivers ave and I was about to do a claim on my phone and I spoke to Amy and she helped me out a lot she was very patient with me great attitude so if you have any problem with your phone goes to boost Mobile at 3730 Rivers avenue and to speak to Amy she was very helpful to me I was getting ready to go insurance claim but she really helped me out a lot thank you Amy

Once again I'm very pleased with the level of politeness, helpfulness, professionalism and knowledge Amy from boost mobile has! I had a replacement phone sent with the wrong sim card and Amy quickly helped me get back in service!This is the second time I've had the pleasure of her assistance! I got lucky I guess because last time she was at the other rivers location!As someone who also works (im a waitress) in the customer service industry I understand it can take great patience and an understanding attitude at times. She has a great attitude and a beautiful smile! Very happy once again!

I ask the women a question she give me a nasty attitude poor customer service she need to be fired immediately that not how u suppose to talk to customers like that I’ve never been upset in my life she drive a blue SUV with tinted window I’m taking my service to another boost mobile I could have curse her out but my mom told me to treat others the way u wanted to be treated I guess her parents didn’t treat her that but believe I would be calling corporate on her

This Boost Mobile location on Rivers Avenue in North Charleston is a convenient and easy way to get a phone when you need it for a good value. The staff here is very knowledgeable and efficient and makes sure that you get what you need quickly and easily. I have had a really good experience coming here and they have been consistent in their level of customer service.
