On February 16th my fiance and I visited the Rivers Avenue location where the General Manager Rebecca provided Outstanding customer service. Her pleasant approach to the situation put us at ease. Her patience and jovial demeanor made an otherwise stressful situation truly enjoyable!! KUDOS to Rebecca for an Above and Beyond experience ?.

Associate straight up lied about the promotion and advised me that my cost included 2 months of service and 30 days later my child’s service was interrupted. Went to then look at receipt and she had charged me for items that I did not purchase. I am upset that I did not realize that THIS IS NOT A CORPORATE LOCATION. So they can make ish up as they go along literally!!! I called and spoke to a manager who of course took zero accountability for the blatant lies I was told. And then offered to give me the accessory that I was wrongly charged for at which point made me even more upset because I don’t even need or want it. But I will be going to get my refund for this charger I never purchased nor intended to. Not to mention the accessories she was just “throwing in” as a favor but ultimately charged me for. Janky is an understatement!!!!

As a loyal customer with Boost Mobile (owned by SPRINT) I don't like the fact that this company doesn't give good deals to the customers who have madegood profits. You're giving good deals to outsiders, to bait them in. Okay, I understand that part, but don't you think your "loyal customers," are entitled to that same deal. An I Phone for only $49.00, yet want to charge us a lot more??! Thats so unfair of you!!

If you don't want to work then don't have a job. I walk in and the lady literally blows her breath, rolls her eyes and mumbles I'll be with you. No thank you...I will take my business elsewhere. (There were no other customers in the store.)

I received the best customer service experience from Amy Edwards at this location, she was very helpful, willing to go above and beyond with my somewhat complicated situation! She was beyond patient and understanding and that’s what customer service is all about! She definitely needs a raise!!! Thanks Amy E. Appreciate the help! You made my day! A+ Customer service!

The Guy that runs this store is the worst crooksof crooks .He is refusing sale stop under privelaged areas of the discounts offered by this company. someone frome corporate needs to send someone in asap.Breach of Trust is definitely going on in here. He is not only being fraudulent but also rude.

Amy Robinson has been an excellent help to me. I had an issue with a line added to my account. I let her know how it happened and what I was to tying to get accomplished. With no hesitation Amy was polite and professional and with her help my issue was resolved. Thank you so much Amy you deserve recognition for your work ❤️

Tony was incredibly helpful, patient, and kind when helping me set up phones for my grandparents. I would definitely visit here for all my Boost needs, even if it takes driving a few extra minutes!
