They did awesome sending my engagement ring to California to get the wedding band custom made. 10 years later we wanted to add a wedding band to celebrate our milestone. I wanted it custom made, again, but this time with 5 sapphires and 5 diamonds. They sent it out to California. And as the time before, they did an amazing job. I love the new look of my ring!! We are sorry that she's not happy. We asked her to bring her daughter in. But she did not, what she told us where the hem needed to be which was 1/2 inch.From what we took off it look dirty from being worn. We did let her know to call our employer Monday , we let her know we did not give out her personal number out. She also upset my coworker after she being accused of ruining the dress. One of my coworker did raise her voices but on any regular day she talks loudly. We did show her the.material and we showed her what we took off and she was sure that we messed it up.She refused to bring the person in to try it on.Most dresses have a little sweep on the back

“Kim and Condons Bridal absolutely SAVED MY LIFE! I truly cannot express the gratitude I have for this shop and the work that Kim has done for me. I frantically came in to Condons 1 month before my wedding, hoping to find a perfect fit. After trying some stuff on, I mentioned that I had a dress at home that was too big for me and was told it would be impossible or way too expensive to alter. Kim came through with her calm presence, honesty, and helpful attitude. She told me to bring them in and we’ll see what we can do. This alone was so relieving for me, I left the shop in tears of relief, as every other bridal shop in the area didn’t even give me the time of day being 1 month out from my wedding. I can keep going, writing a whole book to tell this story and share how Kim saved my wedding dress extravaganza. But I will end with saying, there is truly nothing that could replace the feeling of being taken care of, when you are already stressed about wedding day. Kim altered my dress to the PERFECT FIT! With such care and attention. To say Kim knows what she’s doing, simply does not do her justice. She is master at what she does and treats everything and everyone with such care. I am almost in tears just writing this, 4 months later, because I can just remember the feeling of relief that Kim and Condons Bridal gave me. THANK YOU, thank you, THANK YOU! ?? ”
