As a female it's important to have a "toolbox" of trusted individuals in many fields of service. My car was hit and Carlos was an unexpected blessing! Not once did I feel like I was being "handled" or taken advantage of. He did an exceptional job with my repairs, painting, in a timely manner and made the entire process seamless!

Not only does Mr. Brown do a wonderfully professional job in a timely manner at the lowest cost, he is one of the kindest people I know. I always leave there feeling so positive after hearing a bit of his beautiful life philosophy. He just makes me feel like the world is a wonderful place because he’s in it.

I talked to a lady on the phone about getting an estimate for my vehicle. She had the bitchiest attitude and was a total c*** and when I asked how much it would be she hung up on me. Never going here EVER.

Have used Junior and his crew on two different vehicles, and they did an excellent job on both. Not only was the bodywork repaired to where the collision damage was imperceptible, but the paint-matching, which is where many body shops fall short, blended seamlessly with the body components that weren't damaged. Moreover, Junior saved me some serious dollars on both vehicles. All of which is why you'll find everything from Fords and Toyotas to Beemers and Benzes in their parking lot, which is easy to find about a mile past Barnes and Nobles on Ashley Hall Road. BTW, Junior is a really nice guy.

I have been receiving great and honest service from Brown and Brown Body Shop for a long time now. The service has always been nice and pleasant that I have experienced. I would definitely recommend their services to others and will continue to remain a loyal customer.

I see where the one star review is coming from, and I felt that way to when I first dropped my car off ( I got into a minor accident just down the road so it was the closest body shop near me) but after actualy doing business with them and getting my car back, they are a really good group of people, very honest, not trying to suck every dollar out of you, oUt dAtEd ya my car looked new af when I get it back from them, they literally took it to a car wash and detailed before I picked it up, only one light had to be replaced but he replaced the second one for basically free "so I wouldn't look old and the other look new" I would recommend them for any basic body work on daily driver cars, now if something happens to your bmw, maybe not the best place, but they'll get your 2010 Nissan right

I arrived for my 10:00 appointment only for them to tell me that the guy just left. I said I'd wait and they told me not to because sometimes he doesn't come back. What?!?!Unbelievably unprofessional. The place is a total dump. My kids were with me and they were scared for me to get out of the car. It's THAT bad!
