Local here and always dread the self checkout when Breana is working. She is always rude and has an attitude towards everyone. Very demanding and is visibly annoyed when a customer requests assistance for checkout errors. I'll stand in the regular checkout all day if she is working. She will make sly, rude comments quietly to customers as well.

My wife and I were shopping online for my mother during this COVID-19 pandemic. We live on the west coast and were trying to make a delivery order and- after spending 45 minutes compiling the order- couldn't get a delivery time. We called the store and Debbie (sp?) answered. She was very patient, but explained that due to order volumes that they were 2 weeks out for delivery and that's likely why the online system wouldn't work for us. To be clear, this review is to give Debbie KUDOS because she pointed us to another delivery service that worked out. No idea about the store itself... Thanks Debbie!

I really like this Harris Teeter location. It is super convenient to get to off the James Island Connector and get in and out of the store. They have an awesome deli and chicken. The store is always clean and well run. I have had a great experience every time I have been there.

5/16/18 The configuration of this location is odd. But the service is friendly and it's conveniently across from Lowe's. 1/18 Some specials FYI ;) They now are chip ready.

We always shop here and they're great. But some of their prices are way too high on stupid things. Also I've noticed Harris teeter brand broccoli only has butts and no tops and it's always like that. And never buy their cigarettes, overpriced and always stale.

I am a huge fan of sliced Cole cuts. I visit D'Ellies about every other day. Unfortunately this Harris Teeter has the worst deli service. For example when I order American cheese sliced thin - they don't put the wax paper between the slices of cheese. So in a day or two it is just a big lump of American cheese and I am on able to pull the slices apart. As opposed to Publix and the other Harris Teeter's which put wax paper between each slice. Seems like a small thing but not for somebody who lives on cold cuts. I recently tried their online ordering and many of the items that I know they have were not listed online and what I ordered was not available when I arrived pick it up. Frustrating and defeats the whole concept of online ordering seeing that I needed to order something else when I arrived and stand around while they cut it.

I was very disappointed in this Harris Teeter location. They were very rude and gave me no help what so ever while checking out. I am very unsatisfied with the staff and how they acted towards me. Will not be going here again.
