I've been using Carter's City Self Storage for 3 years now, and I have been very satisfied. My interactions with the staff and the facilities have always leave me feeling like my belongings are in good hands, and their rates are the best I could find for my needs. 5/5 stars.

So happy to have found Carter City Storage. It is clean, well lit, and easy to get in and out. My units are climate controlled, and bug free!! Security is tight!!! Feels good to support a local business.

Every time I need storage for either a long or short time, this is the place I use, hands down. The easiest company to use with no hidden fees or gimmicks. You get real people and great service. This place is perfect for college students as well. The nicest and friendliest people! I will be back, and I highly recommend! Thank you all!

I am a student in Charleston and I needed a place to store my things for the summer. Carter's City Self Storage made it so easy for me. The staff was very helpful since I didn't have a lot of time. I was able to drive right into the building and unload my things and drive right out in less than 10 mintues. I am so happy that I found them on the web. I'll be sure and use them again next summer.
