Not many businesses open other than the anchors like Target and Dillards/Belk. Hopefully they can get more businesses back up and running soon to rejuvenate things.

Visited Citadel Mall today to take my 15 month old grandson to see Santa. Santa was awesome with him. He let my grandson play with the rocking horse as Santa kept talking & interacting with him. Within a few minutes my grandson was on his lap smiling at Santa & they were able to get some great photos. By far a fear free experience for my grandson. Highly recommend. Great Santa. ???

First time I've been here. Sad and mostly empty. Bath and Bodyworks was great to shop and the food court is nice and convenient when visiting MUSC for an appt in the adjoining building.

Have only been here once in a few years. I remember this place from my childhood and it's really sad how it looks now. With Tanger Outlets farther up 526 i can see why. With the right development group it could be something other than a location for Planet Fitness and Target

Ghostly vibes... lol the city trends inside can not save this mall. We stopped here to exchange some items. The gate was closed at 6:20p.m. but they close at 7 pm. The lady at the gate didn't want to let us shop. My husband said, "Your sign says you close at 7. Why is the gate closed. She proceeded to let us in to look for our exchange. She legit was standing there looking at us, looking at her!( awkward) as if she was hiding on the other side( yes ma'am we see you)One of the sales associates came to help us and let us know City Trends all carry different merchandise. She was sweet. The one holding the entrance captive stood there with a pole like Moses waiting on us to pass through the gate into the wilderness ??♀️?? kindness goes a long way! If you gotta guard the entrance from from people entering, at least turn the lights off and stand out of sight!? shop here before the gate close y'all!!

It's a pretty good mall but I feel like it closes too early, some people need to use the mall past 6. It would be better if their was more food options in the food court too, other than that, it's good

A pressing necessity to explore the local enterprises within your vicinity.Regrettably, the mall's glory days have passed, yet it's heartening to witness businesses steadfastly persevering within its confines.

Been going here ever since. I've been a child and I'm in my 20's. It used to be pumping but they've lost a lot of customers over the years. So if you have extra time to stop by, work out, get a bite to eat, or just to waste some money. This is the quiet place for you

Not worth the visit. A few stores here and there that might peak interest but long gone are the glory days of what malls used to be. Food court is decent but wouldn’t visit again.

Very laid back and safe mall. Not a lot of stores, but enough to give you the mall environment. Connected to the 5th wonder if the world....MUSC

This mall has seen better days for sure! With no real anchor stores to speak of other than Target, it doesn't host any other stores that bring in customers. With several development plans to revitalize this space off an on for years, this mall needs a make-over to say the least.

Definitely better than north wood mall, but it’s still pretty empty. The food court was busy, so parking was a little chaotic. Other then that, I wish they had way more options for stores.

The shopping mall lacked the vibrancy and variety that one would expect from a retail destination. The limited number of stores and the lack of proper maintenance added to the overall dullness of the place. It's not the kind of mall that would leave a lasting impression on anyone, and there's nothing much to write home about.

Lots of empty spaces, very few stores that are open. I guess the food course, the Indore playground and the target are the only high lights.

World's worst mall plus security is the worst. The man things he can say who can and can't be in their parking lot when I was doing nothing wrong as a camper van. Even with 24 hour plus a hospital but you can't be there at 3am apparently.
