I could not be more pleased with our experience at Charles Towne Child Development Center. Our 15 month old loves her teachers and is always happy when we pick her up. The new owner, Kimmie, goes above and beyond to make sure parents are happy and all of the students are well taken care of! I would highly recommend this...
