They took over 4K points from me. I spoke to the manager and showed he how I did not use any and she then told me there was nothing she could do about it. Then after spending $70 plus for our food. Once we got home we then found that they didn’t give me 2 of kids meals. After my wife called multiple times and received no answer, I called and left a very detailed message and I have still not received a call back. “Best customer service”, I don’t think so!!

As a 47 year old that’s been eating CFA since I was a kid, this was the first time I was told I couldn’t get my sandwich extra crispy/well done.

I came to this location for lunch after my family member had surgery nearby. One of my Chick-fil-A sandwiches were cut in half. I didn’t notice until I got home and gave it to my child after he got out of school. I called the location, and they said that they remembered putting it in the wrong bag. They offered me a free sandwich coupon to use at any location, since I got less than half of a piece of chicken. I gave her my name and told her that I had the app. A week later, I went to another location to use my free sandwich coupon. It wasn’t on my app. I called back and left a voicemail. No one has called me back. I will not be visiting this one again. I shouldn’t have to call two or three times to get a refund for something that I should have gotten originally. I love Chick-fil-A, and I have never had a bad experience with one until this location. So disappointed.

I use the Chick-fil-A app, which I would recommend using. It gave me a free lemonade and allowed me to pre-order our food. The pre-order is not so helpful at this location as both drive-thru lines merge into one so you're waiting in the same line as people ordering in line. The line still moves quickly though, they had my order ready for me before I got to the pickup window. Only problem with my order is my chicken nuggets were dry, seemed like nuggets had been sitting for a minute.

I was having a rough morning and decided to stop by Chick Fil A Ashley Crossing to pick up a quick breakfast. In the drive-through line, I met the nicest gentleman named Dawson. He chatted cheerfully with the customers in the vehicle ahead of me, and even greeted another customer in the opposite drive through line by name. When it was my turn to order, he greeted me with the biggest smile and compliment. Thank you for turning my morning around, Dawson! You are an asset to Chick Fil A!

This Chick-fil-A is the best! The employees are so nice, the food is such good quality, service is great, and it's always so clean. I bring my kids here weekly and they always have a blast. Definitely recommend!
