Pulled up at 9pm and the lady said they don’t open until 12am. If they don’t open until midnight why does the store hours say 24 hours? Don’t even wait your time she was rude and mad we were there. If you don’t like your job get a new one!! You choose to work there, you can’t be mad at anyone but yourself lady!!!

THERE'S ANOTHER GAS STATION VERY CLOSE BYI pay at the pump, grab my receipt and go 95% of the time when stopping for gas. This station never has receipt paper at the pump.So what they're doing is, offering a convenience which, rest assured, you pay for, take your money via credit card (on which you're paying interest) while falsely indicating the ability to complete your transaction and receive record of the transaction without going into the store.The employees and management are LAZY OR MANIPULATIVE OR BOTH.

Open 24 hours? What a joke. Arguably the worst Circle K in the country, definitely the worst in Charleston. Never open when they’re supposed to be…nothing is ever stocked. Constant problems with their “system being down”. Been out of ice for weeks. Some staff is nice but clearly unmotivated, most employees are rude as hell though. Was told today to “go somewhere else if I didn’t like it” bc they were locking the doors at 4pm and closing the store. Well that is the name of the game isn’t it, to quite literally keep people from going somewhere else. Absolutely Atrocious.Edit: Added photo from today Fri 5/26 5:24pm. Closed again…b/c…it’s raining? ??♂️

ONLY GAVE A STAR, Because it wouldn’t allow me to leave a review without any! This has to be the worst Circle K, ever! The staff, including the person who is supposedly the manager are the rudest group of people I have encountered in a should be professional setting. The cashier says the sign is wrong, because items scan at regular price. She explained that Pepsi is responsible for their signs not her. As we head back to the counter, she tells the lady entering the store she needs to help me. I’m waiting on the employee to tell her the situation, she plops behind counter and tells me to tell her, I am the one with the problem. When I am explaining to her, she proceeds to tell me nobody feels like all this rudeness this early in the morning. Long story even longer- I left a message with the corporate office, but have yet to hear back from anyone. They truly need CUSTOMER SERVICE 101. Three rude employees who obviously missed the courteous part of training. No plans on returning to this store- EVER!

Always closed, stopped and got gas didn't realized that the gas station was closed at 2 in the afternoon couldn't get a receipt for a company gas card because loading the printers up with paper before they close I guess is to difficult

Got my car stolen there when I went at 2 am and I think the dude that works there at night and his two random friends were responsible. I knew this gas station was bad but I never thought that would happen. Cops and store owners haven't done anything

Circle K used to be a very professionally proud corporation. However, I'm quite perplexed that they have continued to allow this employee to run this store intoxicated for this extended amount of time. I understand it may be hard to find solid & reliable employees during this pandemic, but it seems counterintuitive to me (in regards to business & safety) to allow such a severely intoxicated employee to be solely responsible for the business & safety of this store on a nightly basis. Every night I've entered this store for the past few months... She is dressed slovenly with hair disheveled... Never once have I seen her with a Circle K uniform or name tag. (Otherwise I would certainly be addressing her name here for all to see)... Every time I'm approaching the front door, I always see her swaying back & forth on her stool behind the register, and stumbling around the store bumping up against walls & counters trying to maintain her balance. Also, I'm always constantly faced with the challenge of understanding her mumbled speech as she's slurring all of her words together. I used to run a Security Team for Night Clubs & Bars, and her nightly routine behavior is exactly what I trained my team to watch out for in the course of our duties. I've refrained from speaking out to Circle K Management about this employee, because I was certain that, surely, with the professional standards I've always known Circle K to uphold, that she would be terminated & replaced immediately by her Superiors. Unfortunately, her Superiors obviously are not willing to adhere to those professional standards I have always seen at Circle K stores... So I've decided to leave this review. My intention, was to review this store with zero (or negative) stars, but unfortunately... Google has forced me to a 1 star minimum. I will never return to this (or any) Circle K store again. All of my fuel & convenience store needs will be fulfilled at Seven-Eleven Stores from here forward. All of my immediate family will be notified to stay away from this store, and all of my extended family & friends... And all of my social media friends will be informed of this as well. However, (although hesitant) I would possibly return... If Circle K makes the decision (that should have been made long ago) to finally do what they already should have, and terminate this consistently intoxicated employee... and explain to me, in detail, why they have allowed this unprofessional behavior in this store for such a long period of time... Then I may, potentially, give Circle K stores a second chance. But I will add, it will take an excellent explanation after tonight's encounter. I asked a question about one of Circle K's services, and she cursed me out with intoxicant induced profanities until I threw down my items for purchase down, and stormed out of the store. Shameful & SERIOUSLY unprofessional behavior from Circle K. TWO THUMBS DOWN

Wishing I could give it zero stars. I will never come here again. The staff is rude and the accommodations outdated. Circle K should be ashamed to have their name on this. The manager was nice but it’s unfortunate that the staff he has. I asked a question about the 5 $100 preauths I had on my card and the person at the register called me irate. Ummm ok. Good try.
