We had an extremely unprofessional experience with Dr. Sousa. The appointment was cancelled one hour before the 11 a.m. appointment. They called the house. We were already on our way. I brought my 90 year old husband (thru the rain) into the warehouse, only to find out the doctor was sick. Things happen, but there should be some kind of system in place to notify people on a timely basis.

Took my contacts out in the office pre-exam. Doc changed my script (after I gave him my old one from previous doctor and said it’s perfect and I didn’t want to change it). Doc told me that he’s been doing this for 25+(?) years and most other doctors can’t get prescriptions as correct as he can. Never gave me sample to put on so he could check the fitting and my sight was correct. Was sent to pay immediately (still nearly blind still btw). Had to ask for my old contacts back so I could *drive home*, receptionist got them out of the trash can (in storage case). After receiving new contacts with new prescription, I can’t see within 18” of my eyes anymore, contacts slide around constantly so I’m always rolling and adjusting them. Won’t be using this Costco service ever again.

Costco is it's own kind of creature. The deals are good to great. They have quality stuff. I originally shopped with Sam's Club. I changed because Costco trees employees so much better. You can tell it by how motivated and friendly they are compared to the poor folks have to work at Sam's.

Can't beat the rotisserie chicken and hot dogs. Seriously though the prices are great and food is fresh. Wine selection and pice is wonderful. We use the pharmacy and the eye department. They both are the best!

This review is specifically for the pharmacy since I don't use the other parts of the store. I recently had some issues with a few of my scripts and needed some help. Brian Kelly was so helpful, I couldn't have been happier or more impressed. He took the time and interest to guide me through the process and he would get 10 stars if I could. As for the store, the parking lot is crazy and parking is a pain but it's a small price to help for how the service is.

Good experienceRe: the vision doctor area.Melody at the check-in area is great, super helpful and patient.Dr. McKinney seemed to know his stuff - I did not need dilated or internal picture of eye as I see an Ophthalmologist for these types of testing. If a person just needs a general check up for corrective vision prescription and seeing an optician is your solution, then I strongly recommend this option. This was the fastest eye exam I've ever had in my 65 years of wearing glasses and having eye exams.Re: the Eyewear area - as the doctor and the eyewear areas are separate entities.Konrad was a great help, this being my first time to use Costco vision cener; he explained every facet of how the billing process goes and all the details of what is and is not included with my eyeglasses purchase. There is a really vast assortment of inexpensive, name branded frames from which to choose.Being a Costco member has this as a great inexpensive alternative to other chain Eyewear companies.Would definitely recommend.

Costco is awesome. They have many different items and more affordable gas than anywhere else guaranteed. The membership is definitely worth it.

I have shopped at Costco for years and believe it or not this was the first time I have tried anything from the food court. I ordered a single slice of cheese pizza and a drink for a grand total of $2.86. Super cheap, and the pizza "slice" was more like 2 slices... and was delicious!

I had a very strange experience, and I left not knowing whether I was near sited, or far sited, nor did I receive confirmation that I had astigmatism. I never confirmed that I could see 100% at any point in the exam before I was handed a prescription ( so I'm still not sure how an eye exam is supposed to go). As someone mentioned, I will echo: "the gentleman serving me was minimally polite. After picking up my glasses I could not see clearly." Also, I was not offered any help figuring out a PD (which you need to buy glasses), even though the exam scheduled was specifically an 'eyeglass' exam and not a contacts exam. In the end, my glasses prescription is OK but not great and I paid more than other places for the exam. The frames at Costco were not appealing, and as a female with a slightly-wider-than-average face I only had 'male' frames to choose from so I had to take my prescription elsewhere, knowing nothing about what I needed, aside from a piece of paper in my hand. Giving this place 2 stars because scheduling was easy, and prescription does the job (though it is not great).

I love everything about Costco! They always have great fresh fruit and veggies! I don't buy meat anywhere else!

What's not to love? All of the best brands at great prices. Love the samples located throughout the store. Even with the huge carts filled with stuff, the checkout lines are smooth as butter. Don't forget the mandatory hotdog and a soda for $1.59. Also, look out for the ad on the app or in the mail. It will preview the upcoming deals. You can always buy now and they'll price adjust once it goes on sale.

Always happy when we shop at Costco and sometimes we drive to Mt. Pleasant where it is not as crowded as this store. We enjoy buying good Argentinian wines, Malbecs specially at reasonable prices. Have no issues buying clothing and trying it at home, if not the right size just return and they cheerfully refund the money to the card, no questions asked. Dog food, toiletries and fresh fruit so we don't have to run to the store every week Returns are easy and even easier if you kept the receipt. Gas is not the cheapest anymore but not bad, Weekends tend to be a little busy but manageable and the only thing I don't like is that with the Costco Credit Card you get 4% back on gas purchases BUT they never agree whether it is only at Costco or any gas station and when you ask you get a different answer every time, most likely only at Costco but they tend to make you believe it is everywhere

We enjoy Costco. They have some staple items that our family uses a lot - dog food and treats topping that list. Our dogs love them, the price is fair, and they are often run special savings deal, so we get them at a lower price. The gas prices are often lower than other surrounding gas stations. The staff is usually pretty friendly & helpful. I love their muffins too. They often rotate out different items, so not everything is offered all year round, but there is likely to be something similar available. Their pizza at the Cafe is also a great quick, cheap meal option. They added a new "self-service" ordering station, which has made the process of placing your food order much easier as well.

Costco is almost a wholesale store. In the grocery section they have an abundance of food, wine, soft drinks and produce. All is usually up to date and fresh. The reason I gave Costco a 4 star rating is because sometimes they have an abundance of the products you are in need of but other times none at all. If you are an early shopper when the store first opens you will probably get what you need. If you come late then you might not get what you need. Costco prices are a bit more expensive sometimes than other grocery stores. But if you buy in BULK and have a place to store your food at home then Costco usually beats all other retailers in the area. I only shop the sales or lower prices in all stores and like other stores prices vary from day to day. But in the long run, If you have patience Costco has its rewards.
