The only place I could find to repair the screen on my cell phone. They had to order the screen. Gave me a time it would be in. Gave me a quote and time it would take to fix. Both were spot on. Would definitely recommend them.

I just picked up my note 9 ocean blue for screen replacement including LCD. I asked for the screen to match the color. I was assured it was being ordered in that color, ocean blue. I pick it up and power is off, notice immediately that the screen replacement is BLACK! I was never called to ask if this was okay, to proceed with this color. They just took it upon themselves to replace my screen with something I didn’t order, nor did they give me the chance to see if I could find the corresponding screen replacement or let me take it somewhere else. I paid $277.00 dollars for something I did not want. Just apologies. I asked to speak to the owner, Nicky, she wouldn’t come out to talk to me. I asked what could be done to fix this, nothing! Take it or leave it. Please be careful with this company, they don’t care about what you want. Go somewhere else!! I’m so disappointed in this company and the service was terrible.

I never have used a phone repair service before, and CPR was great. I had water damage to my iPhone that was nonfunctioning, and they professionally dried and made sure it was working well before returning to me, all for a reasonable price and within 4-6 hours! They were very friendly throughout the whole process, and Levi was sure to answer all of my questions. Don't take your phone to the Apple Store or AT&T, they know what they're doing!

I Am sooooo happy with my phone repair at CPR in West Ashley. They have saved me money and my phone looks brand new! Also super fast service! I had to repair my screen and battery! Excellent customer service!!!Also have a warranty on my screen protector!

I have used the Summerville and West Ashley locations of CPR Cell Phone Repair. Very pleasant folks in both locations, and I got my repaired Lenovo laptop back in a fairly fast turnaround. I will definitely use CPR again and highly recommend them!
