Waited in the drive-through for medicine for five minutes people standing around didn’t even come to help. I had to tell my husband to go get it himself! Very stupid it’s your own take that damn long for me to get my medicine and the fact that they were standing there doing nothing and not helping an old lady is crazy!!!!

Went and had prints done for a small photo print. Don't choose quick print. The ink made my photo look sun dried. Otherwise, the pharmacy is popping but quick and they sell out quick on healthy beverages.

This CVS is just a block off King Street, the main shopping street in Charleston and is also next to the campus of the College of Charleston. There are no grocery stores near this location so it acts more like one, even though it is more of a convenience store.
The selection is typical of other CVS locations that I have visited. It has a well-stocked selection of drinks, which was great as I was staying nearby and needed to pick up a couple to fill in the mini fridge at the hotel. It is a convenient place to stop by for a couple of things if you are staying at a hotel or live nearby.

I’m pretty sure this store lost my sister’s wedding photos from our disposal cameras. I placed a photo order here 5+ weeks ago and was told I’d get a call when they arrive in 1-2 weeks. I never got a call from CVS, so decided to stop by after 2ish weeks. The man at the register said he’d check for my order and immediately told me they weren’t ready. He then said to follow the tracking number (not specifying which # on my ticket is the tracking number) after trying all #s on the ticket there is no record of my order linked to my account despite providing my name, #, email, etc.
I tried calling the store 6 times and had to speak to an automated voice that would say they are connecting me to someone who could help then immediately disconnecting the call. I tried calling the pharmacy to ask to be switched to someone at the desk, but all pharmacy calls are accepted by a robot as well. PLEASE, if a CVS employee is seeing this I would really love those photos and also just know that your store phone is not working.

my roommate did an “inventory project” for a marketing class and wanted a picture of the cvs truck unloading in front of this cvs but couldn’t find one on google so she’d like me to leave this here in case anyone else chooses the george st cvs for their inventory project that was assigned to them in a marketing class.

This CVS is tucked off King Street and we needed a few simple items and to use an expiring $10 credit. Easy in and out - we found exactly what we needed and were on our way after a quick self-checkout experience.

Sat in the drive thru for over 10 minutes. When I got to the window...a young immature worker proceeded to tell me to come inside that they were just too busy... what a bunch of idiots this was after she took everyone in front of us.

The pharmacy staff is the absolute worst here. Took 24 hours to get a prescription and I had to follow up multiple times. On top of that they tried to charge me the price without insurance despite me having insurance and providing it to them.

Love shopping this location as the employees are VERY HELPFUL!!! Espec ANDREAS helping me find everything I needed with a great positive attitude and smile ?and DARIUS at the register too!! Nice to see at a time when employee shortages and quality of workers is so low. Thanks GUYS!!! Great job !!!

I had a really good experience at this Minute Clinic when I had the flu in December. They got me seen quickly and efficiently, tested me and prescribed medication. They also suggested that I get an infusion IV since I was pretty dehydrated. I felt like the NP cared about my well-being and worked with me to feel better.
