Not sure what is going on here, but every single prescription that I order from here is delayed or out of stock. If I transfer my prescription to a different CVS it is ready within 10 minutes. Move all of your prescriptions over to the Publix pharmacy. They are fast and actually nice to you.

Pharmacy is worst I've ever been to. Leave customers waiting while the staff have social time in full view and earshot of customers. Only one checkout register so always a line. They can't seem to keep my insurance in their system so every time I have to wait >10 min for them to re-enter it even though my medicine is ready. If you ask the pharmacist a question, she'll Google it on her phone right in front of you with zero shame of her overarching lack of knowledge. I used them for the last time today.EDIT: One month later now, and I'm transferring my prescription to the ever-delightful & professional PLANTATION PHARMACY. CVS tech "Chae" refused to let me speak with CVS pharmacist and repeatedly hung up on me after being nothing but discourteous & unprofessional in "conservation".Diversity is our... strength???

I made an APPOINTMENT at this pharmacy for immunizations. I was there on time and checked in, I was told it would be about 15 mins for the RX line to slow down (there were at least 6 people waiting).I stepped out and came back in 15 mins.. but was told AGAIN that I would have a wait. “Cool, I’ll come back later in the afternoon”. I went back 2 hrs later and STILL was told I’d have to wait and couldn’t be seen until they were done with pick-ups.WHY BOTHER HAVING AN APPOINTMENT IF THE STAFF CAN’T TAKE 3 minutes to honor it???????Very poor service!!!!

Didn’t call to let me know they didn’t have my prescription in stock then when I reached out they said they would transfer it. They never call to transfer it and have now had the flu for 36 hours without my antibiotics

High turnover with staff but this last visit everyone was friendly and helpful. Quick service, clean shop and always well stocked with merchandise. FYI don't forget check out their 75%off Christmas sale

Pretty sleepy compared to most cvs I have been into. Very in organized and hard to find what you need. Employees not very attentive or helpful either. But it will do in a pinch if you’re staying on James island.

This is my CVS! The pharmacy people are amazing and kind. The self checkout allows me not to interact with people which I enjoy. I love the CVS coupons too.

There is certainly a reason why the reviews on this particular CVS are so low. Their pharmacy and people working in their pharmacy are the worst people on the planet. Bad bad bad??? I'm a trauma patient and all I wanted to do is get assistance. I guess it's time for me to move on after my decades at CVS. I have consistently tried to move my prescriptions over and I am tech savvy. Their apps don't work, CVS headquarters did try to help and then sent me to the local other pharmacy to do as they said. None of their advice ever works. The pharmacist here likes to collect a paycheck and not help people. They assisted me getting very frustrated from their utter lack of compassion. These are supposed to be professionals trained by CVS and they are rude. I hope that CVS will do something because I'm putting in a formal complaint because their lack of professionalism at this location. They do not help the patients at all. Go to another cvs pharmacy. My personal opinion, I think CVS is going down on quality and would consider a totally different pharmacy.
