I think this store must be under new management! Yesterday I went and was greeted by every single employee, was checked on while shopping and was thanked as leaving. The store also just got an upgrade and is very clean and organized.

I just witnessed an employee tell an elderly man who
was about to wet/soil himself he could not use one of the two bathrooms that were available because he “was not allowed” to use the restroom. The other restroom was occupied. He was literally struggling to hold it and she told him to wait and not to
enter the other restroom. This was racially motivated. Elderly man was white. Employee was a black woman.
She should be fired immediately!

The last few times I’ve been here Ive felt rushed to check out. This time I even said I wasn’t ready but yet the cashier insisted because she would have to check my id for my medicine. Like okay, what if I’m thinking of last minute items to purchase. This store is convenient because of its location but if I return and feel rushed I will just travel elsewhere and not return. What else do you have to do besides wait to ring customers up. Patience please.

This CVS store is very convenient for my family's needs. Fast, Friendly Service. This is the one stop shop for everything you need. I'm a Extrabucks Rewards member and they're coupons allow you to save even more!

CVS on Orange Grove is a great store and the staff up front and the pharmacy are great and they are very knowledgeable

Not the employees fault but this CVS is struggling to keep up with pharmacy demand. I waited in line 20 minutes to get to the front of the line to be told wait another 20 minutes for it to be filled even though it mentioned it was ready

Sat for 1 hour for meds, for someone on disability very difficult. The girl was snotty and did not care at all. Their window is closed for drive thru. Never. Been to a pharmacy where just rude

Terrible customer service at pharmacy or at least just the tech Ingred. Asked her to check if my script could be filled today because I thought it was a day early for insurance reasons she says yes no problem they are filling it now 10min. An hour later she calls me up and tells me insurance won't fill it when I questioned her as to why she told me they would in the beginning she gives me some crazy attitude I turn to walk away and she says "your just going to fing walk away when I'm talking" completely unacceptable.

This is not one of the better locations. Tonight they randomly closed at 6pm for no reason instead of their posted closing hours. Waste of time visiting this store
