Terrible customer service at pharmacy or at least just the tech Ingred. Asked her to check if my script could be filled today because I thought it was a day early for insurance reasons she says yes no problem they are filling it now 10min. An hour later she calls me up and tells me insurance won't fill it when I questioned her as to why she told me they would in the beginning she gives me some crazy attitude I turn to walk away and she says "your just going to fing walk away when I'm talking" completely unacceptable.

This is not one of the better locations. Tonight they randomly closed at 6pm for no reason instead of their posted closing hours. Waste of time visiting this store

I hear my patients complain about CVS all the time and now I know why so unorganized and rude. And the girls at Orange Grove store so quick to get smart and ALWAYS wrong. Today was it for me I’m finding a new pharmacy. They playing with my life. Customer service Suck !

I placed an order online late one day last week and still had not received a notification that it was ready on the next morning. I headed to the store around 11 just to see if it was ready. The cashier in the front was super concerned that the order had not been picked and went to gather the items immediately for me. The system was having trouble substituting an item on my order so she asked for help from a manager, all while a long line of people were gathering behind me. The cashier was very concerned about her line and the manager was trying to resolve my issue as quickly as possible. The care and concern these two individuals showed about their jobs and their respect for their customers time is not something you see much of anymore these days. Thank you ladies!

The worst customer service. I called and was an hold for 30 minutes and no one answered. The next day I called they answered and as soon as I began to tell what I needed they hung up.

Do NOT believe the positive reviews. This place is riddled with problems. They can not hire and retain a full-time phamacist at this location. EVERYTHING grinds to a hault without the floating random pharmacist being in attendance. The pharmacy closes everyday between 1:30 and 2:00 as if it were operated in the 1940's. They offer no apologies for their poor customer service and communication. Make absolutely sure you have your ID and payment card when you leave, I have seen multiple senior citizens scramble to get their id's back from the staff. The staff had a bad attitude on my most recent visit, for the exception of the cashier at the front, who was exemplary. I MEAN the front of the store, not the pharmacy.

My grandmother's prescription was not ready when we arrived. We requested it at 11:45am and were told it would becready in one hour. We showed up to the drive thru window at 1:15pm and were told it would be another 5-10 minutes. We waited as requested and drove back to the window. After we waited for the car in front of us to finish, the pharmacist then told us she could not help us because they were closing for lunch. She immediately closed the shutter on us and refused service. This is the WORST customer service. They refused to serve someone who had been waiting on them to finish their job. My grandmother has been a customer of this store since they had been located in Ashley Plaza (30+ years ago) and even before when the store was not affiliated with CVS.

Pharmacy staff ignored me. It was not busy, so there's no way they didn't see me at the counter. I asked about getting a Covid test. Gal told me I had to make an appointment and it was drive-thru only. I asked to make an appointment and I'd go back to my car and drive thru. THEN she said they stopped testing at 3pm on Sundays. I looked her straight in the eye and reminded her this was Saturday. She backpedaled and said 3pm is the cutoff on weekends. Get your story straight! Ugh

Called to pickup my medication while I was on the way. Waited at counter, was there 7:58pm and this can be shown on cameras. Pharmacy doors closed on me, no one acknowledges me. I work all week and only get one day off a week to run errands in person. It was a quick and easy pickup. My cat needs this medication and I have no way to pickup now without taking time off work. Staff was rude and just ignored me, offered no solutions. A checkout doesn’t take more a minute. That’s all I needed. Will be switching all my medications to another locations. Completely unprofessional.

The pharmacists are always prompt and professional. Even when they are busy my wait isn’t long. I really like the CVS deals on the Extra Care card and the app is helpful as well as convenient. The reason I am writing this review is Ms. Cathy one of the cashiers up front. I left my debit card and she was kind and diligent enough to save it for me! I really appreciate her for this because my bank takes at least a week to send another one! Ms. Cathy is my hero this week!

Has the same base layout like the cvs I would go to in CA. I'm making a wild guess by saying if you know the layout of one store you, you understand them all and it makes shopping a little easier
