I've never had a problem with CVS pharmacy. They are friendly and informative.I've had to visit the clinic a few times, get my flu shots there as well. Always professional.The store itself is very neat, organized and attractive.

Just called and needed to talk to the pharmacy about my COVID, I hung up after a 20 minute hold. I assume that means I have to go and visit in perso. Way to go CVS!

Just about the rudest staff I’ve ever experienced here, will be finding a new pharmacy, my lupus prescription is always back ordered here as well, do yourself a favour and find another pharmacy.

I stopped at this cvs to get a couple things around 5:00 on on Thursday, October 12th. As I self checked out, an older blonde employee came over and stood within 12 inches behind my left shoulder and proceeded to tell me what was happening after I hit each command. I asked her what she wanted, but no response to my question. It ended with her telling me that a receipt was about to be printed.. after I pushed the print receipt command! This lady was out to lunch creepy. Anyone else have the pleasure of meeting her? ?

I went to this location for a vaccine and stopped to look at Halloween decor. An employee, Donna, walked up and just was staring. She didn’t speak until my husband spoke first and then she continued to stare. I asked if she was watching us and I let her know we didn’t need help but she refused to give us space. It was obvious that because of the color of our skin, she thought we were going to steal. It was a very disappointing experience.

Pharmacy is extremely rude. Will hang up on you if they don’t want to answer anymore questions. Do better cvs. Oh and maybe don’t let tonya answer the phone.

Brian or Ryan from CVS Pharmacy is so rude and disrespectful. He refuse to give his name and asked why do I need his name. Every month I have the same prescription refilled, but for the last 6 month my prescriptions has been on backed order and no explanation or option to fill it at another location. Customer service is a thing of pass. I’m afraid to have my prescription fill at Brian location , his attitude and demeanor is so hostile. I will be looking for a new pharmacy asap.

I used the drive-thru at the Ashley river rd store today. The lady who helped me was just great. More than helpful, she went out of her way without being asked. She was also super nice. Thank you Brittany.

I have reached my maximum capacity for patience with cvs and the resupply is on back order. ??I recently moved to the area and called this location to request my medications from another cvs to be transferred. The guy who answered said it will be handled. Two months later, I call this location bc I am still receiving notices from my old cvs that my refills are ready. The girl who answers does not even try to pull up my info to confirm if they have my medications and just tells me that to call the other cvs to have them transfer. I DID THIS ALREADY. THE PURPOSE FOR MY CALL WAS TO HAVE YOU CONFIRM THE TRANSFER WAS COMPLETE. Nonetheless she doesn’t make any attempt to help me and asks if there was anything she could help me with today. APPARENTLY NOT.PS. I can’t stand the automated system anymore.For these reasons and many more I am changing to a new pharmacy outside of cvs.

Went in there to reload a card, as I did not feel like driving to where I can do it without the fee and it was worth the 4.95.The cashier was lovely, and the fee not bad. The asshat manager on the phone behind the counter who first snapped at the older lady in front of me, then at me when I asked the CASHIER a question, is both the reason for this review and the reason I will never spend another dime here. Shame too, as it is about a block from my house.But hey, Walgreens is cheeper on my prescriptions, don't charge fees to reload my card, and as of yet has not shown how nasty they can be to someone asking a question. This is the third rudeness I've dealt with from this store-and it WILL be the last.

My husband waits in line for 10 minutes and pharmacist just closes saying she is going to lunch. Other people were also waiting. She could have cared less. I called store manager. Worthless. Moving my prescription!

Definitely DO NOT come to this pharmacy. No one answers the phone. While I was in traffic I put the phone on speaker and was on hold for 1hour and 15 minutes. When I went into the pharmacy and mentioned it, she laughed and said “I know” we are busy. No apology given by the cashier or the pharmacist. Other times when I’ve had questions the pharmacist acts like I’m bothering him. Guess it’s time to transfer pharmacy. This one obviously doesn’t care about my health.

Severely lacking in customer service skills, and I’m looking at the abrupt male manager working the self-checkout on 11/8. How about showing some respect and professionalism in customer engagement? Thank you.
