I am Out of town for work. And had the unfortunate Experience of having my prescriptions filled here. I left my lisinopril at home, which is for blood pressure. And was asking the pharmacist if they could contact my doctor for a refill as their website was saying this was needed. They told me I don’t give out free medication. The pharmacist here was treating me like I was a drug addict looking for free medication is insanity. I wasn’t asking for any free medication is asinine. I was simply asking because their website says they were already scheduled to contact my doctor for a refill in 12 more days. I was simply asking if they could contact the doctor Sooner because I am out of town and don’t have access to my medication. I will never again use CVS as this is a horrible way to treat customers

This is the WORST pharmacy. After I moved, they ignored repeated requests to fax my meds to a new location. The new pharmacy called them three times. I finally drove there and personally requested that they transfer them. They still didn’t do as requested. UNPROFESSIONAL AND IRRESPONSIBLE!!!!! Do not entrust your health care to them.

No matter how many times you try to contact to speak with a pharmacist they will never answer your call. Why even have a phone line if it is not going to be used? When dealing with medications regarding someone’s health a pharmacy should really have a little more care for the people they try and service.

It is 10:38PM on a Thursday and the store is closed. The sign next to the door says the store is open until midnight. When I call the store, the hours are listed as midnight. The inconsistency with this location is frustrating.

Got here at 10:55 PM, see that the store is supposed to be open until 12 AM and the doors are locked. Many customers can’t even shop and are left disappointed.

From out of town and will need a prescription refilled. My hometown CVS was out of the particular RX. SO I needed to talk to the pharmacy. Was on hold for almost 1 1/2 hours and did not speak with a human.

What a great CVS. From the pharmacy to the front. They’re so organized and you can tell when you walk in the store. I always get a book for my grandkids when I shop. It’s right up front and easy to find. Most CVS you have to search. Kenyatta is a great young lady that can multitask
