What a great CVS. From the pharmacy to the front. They’re so organized and you can tell when you walk in the store. I always get a book for my grandkids when I shop. It’s right up front and easy to find. Most CVS you have to search. Kenyatta is a great young lady that can multitask

What’s the point of having store hours, when you close an hour early almost everyday? Just change the hours to 11 p.m. Please.Or just stay open until midnight like the online hours say, and the hours on the actual store say, and the automated system when I call to ask why you’re not open.And it’s also really rude to rush someone out of the store when you have an hour and a half left before closing time.That’s if I’m lucky enough for the doors to be unlocked to even get in.

This is absolutely the worst CVS I’ve ever been to. They never have enough staff in the pharmacy to accommodate the customer demand. When attempting to use the drive-through consistently after 2 PM, despite the fact that their lunch is only from 1:30 to 2 PM it’s never open if you try calling them it goes into an eternal hold pattern.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy in Charleston. I was here two days ago and they didn't give me one of my prescriptions. I went back to the pharmacy after being notified it was ready and was told sorry it wasn't and that I would now have to wait after waiting 30 minutes. They need to hire more help.

No public restrooms! Every other CVS I go to, restrooms are available. I can't stand lazy staff and inconsistency with large corporations.

The pharmacy received my prescription a day before i needed it, and they put it on hold for some reason. When I called the next day because I had not received a text saying it was ready the person on the phone told me they made a mistake and that I would be able to pick it up at 6:30 pm. I showed up at the store then, waited in a long line and when I got to the counter I was told it wasn’t ready yet, but it would be in 20 minutes. I decided to wait. I stood there (there were no seats left because there were so many people waiting) for over an hour! (The man next to me said he had been waiting there for 2 hours!!). I was finally called back up, the man at the counter (the only person handling the long lines). He asked for my info again and told me it would be $28. He went back to the pharmacist. Came back 5 minutes later and proceeded to tell me that the medication I needed was on back order! This was absolutely unacceptable and a complete and utter disrespect for my and so many other customers time. I will never use this pharmacy again, or any other CVS for that matter and I will be transferring all of my prescriptions to a pharmacy that actually cares for their customers.

The worst experience ever was when I walked in, and as soon as I did, the workers had their eyes on me. not even greeting me, and each time I was looking at something, they were always somehow by me, but this time they actually came up to me and said I was stealing, and she snatched my item out of my hand, and she told me, “People like you don’t belong here,” even though it’s the most gehtto CVS in West Ashley.... Anyway, after that, she literally hit me and shoved me out of the store. Her name is Teresa. The funny thing is how you're going to think I'm stealing when I pull up in a 2022 BMW and an iPhone 15, so please elaborate. I hope you get fired, Teresa.

There has not been one instance where there has not been an issue with picking up a prescription from this place. They do not care about you or your health. It’s almost like they don’t believe that they are healthcare providers. They never have answers to why something is wrong even if you bring the printed out paperwork. I’ve seen elderly in need of meds be turned down for medication because if they showed up 30 minutes before cvs’ lunch break and waited in line for 20 mins then were told they showed up too late. My daughter was 32 hours old when I last had an issue with them and she needed medication ( after I had called to make sure there was no issues bc of this place’s reputation) and had to call the doctor to change the prescription location. I won’t go into all the problems we have had with this location but I promise you DO NOT CHOOSE THIS LOCATION!

Thank you Cassie!! (Hope I spelled it right). I called a couple places asking about passport photos and Cassie was the only person I spoke with who took the time to understand my concern and try to figure out if the photo center could handle my request. Cassie exceeded my expectations by going above and beyond to actually answer my question instead of guessing at an answer. I truly appreciate. Thank you!!!

This store sucks. Tried dropping off a UPS package. Couldn’t do it because their device didn’t work. Had to go somewhere else. Waste of time!

Trash, google update says open till 12 am staff were being rude it was 9:52 and I was told I had to leave because the registers were closed. If your going to close before your posted hours then change the hours. I’ll go to Walgreens from now on or anyone else just because I’m petty over that kind of business. Your pharmacy is already horrible but like most you get too big and you’ll probably be bought out soon like all corporations.

I have never ever had a bad experience here EVER! Everyone, no matter how busy or understaffed, which is not their failure by the way, has been nothing but sweet, and more than professional each and every single time! STOP complaining and maybe try and be a little nicer before leaving nasty reviews. what comes around goes around, a little patience goes a long way!!! Just FYI!! time to look in the mirror maybe and adjust that attitude!I think you are doing great CVS Crew!! keep up the good work ❤️
