Great selection. Staff is extremely pushy sales wise and i felt like they were literally on top of me everywhere throughout the store. Quite annoying.

Several customers and only 2 cashiers... one on the register the other I could not find to assist me... once the cashier was thru with her customers she assisted me and she was very nice... but I spent about 15 to 20 minutes walking and waiting.

I love going to Dillard's. I stay in their men's department because I can find good quality clothing and many times there are great discounts. Plus, I can make sure my lady enjoys how I smell cause dem boi got smell goods in the middle of the store.Now go and check out my other reviews on places to stay and eat. We outchea! SHALOM

Needing a Mother of the bride dress I came here. Then selection was wonderful. Dolores was so helpful in picking out the correct outfit for me. She gave advice about how to wear the clothes correctly and was very fun to work with. She really was so helpful.

This was the best shopping experience with a department store we’ve had in the past few years. From calling to ask about product inventory, then walking into an inviting, organized, and clean store with smiling pleasant sales associates who were all knowledgeable and eager to help. It’s given us hope that good customer service still exists. Thanks so much to the associates that helped us in the women’s intimate apparel, Ashley in eyewear/accessories, and the women’s shoes. I was hoping their names would be on the receipts. We look forward to shopping there again in the near future.

Dillards shoe department is filled with every type of shoe. They have wide sizes, small sizes, and everything in between. And a large selection. The staff are very helpful.

Walked in to purchase clothing, cologne and makeup. I rarely shop because work is demanding of my time. I’m very low key and kind, important to this story.I found the salesclerk in ladies clothing to be far too aggressive…she rushed up on me and tried to snatch a shirt I was looking at “for the dressing room” out of my hands, and I held firm, told her I was thinking. I eventually walked over to Free People clothing and purchased a $90 blouse. The cashier was very pleasant.I was targeted by staff, who never approached me to help, with the exception of one nice brunette who asked if I needed help (she could not help but alerted a salesperson)! And I was followed.You need to actually help customers instead of assuming everyone with a large purse is a thief.I initially entered lingerie. I stood looking at items while I listened to the salesclerk greet others who entered the department. She was 3 feet from me at one point and never once acknowledged me. She saw me and decided someone in a ball cap and t-shirt wasn’t worth her time. You’re right… I put the $88 product down and purchased that and more elsewhere.Downstairs in shoes a male brought shoes out for me but made me walk over to him to get them. Where is the good customer service?The thin lady with the attitude in fragrance did the same. I have a progressive motor neuron disease and dealing with YOUR staff was physically and mentally exhausting. I decided to leave and purchased my $100 fragrance from Belk, who had the same product for $25 less. The $150 shoes I tried on in your store? Bought them at Belk. The $130 blouse I looked at? Belk. Shiseido makeup and skincare I’ve used for 25 years? Ordered it online instead of buying it from your passive aggressive clerk. That’s another $350.I will not return to the Citadel Mall location. Have never encountered such poor service in a Dillard’s until now. So disappointed in your staff.
