They can't tell you what they have on stock, or when they will have items on stock. Very unfriendly feminine sounding specially dept. employee.

Earthfare is a great supermarket- especially in light of the corporatization of Whole Foods. For those who remember Whole Foods in the early days- that's more the vibe now at Earth Fare. It is smaller but well stocked. The parent company went through a reorganization a few years back and it has improved a lot- the staff is super helpful and the products are great. We ordered our Thanksgiving Turkey this year- Travis is the meat manager and he was super helpful.

I like Earthfare for a few specific reasons.1. Their pre-packaged individual portion chicken and salmon are great for single dwellers.2. The fresh meat and seafood section is large and flavorful.3. Excellent wine and beer selection.4. Nice section of organics for face, body and self.5. It is located nicely next to the West Ashley Greenway to shop after a walk or bike ride.6. Fresh daily sushi.Good spot to shop for specific or all in groceries.

Best place ever. They are cheaper then Publix and Harris Teeter on many fruits and veggies. They also have a better selection on the more rare grocery items. There meat department is stellar quality. Take it from me. This place is amazing!!!

My new favorite spot. They offer 3$ burgers from 12-3 on Sundays. Genius! I spent 85$ at a grocery store that I typically would’ve spent at Publix just because of this offering. Hope this never goes away. Everything in the picture attached was 8.25!! Can’t beat those prices for organic grass fed meat and fresh ingredients.Has a Trader Joe’s vibe to it, friendly local employees who seem like they’ve been there awhile and are happy and helpful.Plenty of unique offerings compared to your local store but still have all the basic staples you need. Not overly priced like you’d expect for an organic grocery store (looking at you Whole Foods).Probably found my new staple grocery store with this place.Only minor adjustment would be to have someone to help with these cheese area, impressive array of cheeses and having someone standing there to help you pick out the right stuff could be helpful.

So much better than all the bigger chains using so many trucked-in items. Earth Fare is my go to every time I'm in the James Island or West Ashley area. Their vitamin department is extremely good for a smaller company too. The hot food selection, beverages, produce and specialty plant-based items can't be beat.

This location is literally kind of scary. I drive to the Summerville location just to avoid this location. The Summerville location is absolutely wonderful. This location seems dirty, something is always broken (frozen food door, front entrance, etc.) not the best variety and I think the worst part is the terrible customer service. While checking out one day, my cashier didn’t say two words to me but stared into my soul the entire time. It made me so incredibly uncomfortable. I will not be back mainly for that reason. For the same prices, I’ll go to Whole Foods or the Summerville location where they actually seem to care. You may want to work on customer service training.

I love Earthfare. One major selling point is that you can get combo meals from the deli with a protein (meat, vegetarian and vegan options!) and two sides for only $6 if you check out between 4-6pm. It's an incredible deal. I make a point to get the combo for my whole family once a week so the same day I do shopping, I know dinner is covered!Aside from this, I love Earthfare for their quality products, vegan foods, and wide range of organic and earth friendly options. I don't worry about reading nutritional labels as much there- I know they've done their research!

This is my home away from home. I’m SO PICKY about organic markets and I really prefer not to shop at the other store called "Wholepaycheck". Aside from the farmers themselves, this is the greatest food resource in Charleston. Always sale options and always stocked, thanks guys !If you have any questions with supplements, the manager of that department (and his team) is an absolute treasure! I see generally the same people every time I go and that’s a huge part of what makes this place a pillar of a community. I’m so happy I have been getting all my points shopping there. This place is about the people and I’m grateful that the company has invested into this location. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!

Earth fare has gone down hill. The pre paired foods and deli is very limited and not as at as good as it use to be. I bought a few mums and they died literally a few days later I went back to tell them and sad there is nothing they can do. Save your money and get plants/flowers at Lowes or Costco they are much cheeper and stand up to the products!!
