DO NOT EVER RENT FROM THIS LOCATION. I HAD A CONFIRMED RESERVATION AT THIS LOCATION AND RACHEL DECIDES TO SEND ME TO ANOTHER LOCATION BECAUSE SHES TOO BUSY AND THE OTHER LOCATION DID NOT HAVE A CAR FOR ME. HORRIBLE!

Will let's see the car was not cleaned before they rented it to us and all kinds of lights come on the dash pretty much the hole time we had it then we had a flat tire had to get out in the rain and cold and change that because a day after we got where we was going the tire light keep coming on then all the troubles we had with the car they only toke one day of rental off and that was it I will never rent from this place again they are post to wipe the hole inside of the car down before they rent cars back out and they don't unsanitary because you don't know if the person before had any thing we was every un happy we will rent from other places from now on not there thanks wfe

I recently had a disappointing experience at Enterprise Car Rental, not the airport location, specifically dealing with an employee named Austin. His behavior was extremely dismissive and rude throughout our interaction.Despite providing efficient service to customers before us, Austin chose to go inside the office when he saw we were next in line, leaving us waiting for an extended period. Upon his return, he claimed there were no cars available for us, despite our reservation. His treatment felt disrespectful, and it seemed influenced by our accents, making the encounter particularly unpleasant.It was disheartening to observe such a stark contrast in his treatment towards us compared to other customers. This encounter not only marred our rental experience but has also made us reconsider using this Enterprise location in the future.I hope that Enterprise addresses such customer service issues to ensure fair and equal treatment for all customers at this location.

The team at this enterprise location went above and beyond helping me acquire a rental car while my personal car was in the shop. They went to the effort to pick up a car from a different enterprise quite a far distance away to accommodate my rental car needs. I definitely recommend and appreciate their help!

I had rented a mini-van from Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Their office was 1.9 miles from the cruise terminal where we were getting off our cruise ship for the day. I was going to take a walk with my camera on a beautiful sunny day, get the car, and then come back and pick everyone else up for a day of planned activities. Then, at the end of the day, I would drop everyone off, return the car and walk back to the ship.Problem one: It was not a beautiful, sunny day. The rain was coming down sideways, and the wind was at (according to the ship’s info on our TV) 34 knots. But I had a job to do, and I was going to do it. So I grabbed the big golf umbrella that the cruise line puts in every stateroom, and I headed out to go get the car. The walk was not pleasant. The umbrella reversed itself in the wind about every 10 steps until I got away from the port, where I was better protected from the wind. By the time I got less than 500 yards from the ship, I was pretty much soaked from the waist down. The spray from cars going by hitting big puddles didn’t help either. But I mustered on. And after a long, wet, dreary slog, I got to the car rental place. Except that in the window of the agency, I found a sign that said that this particular office had closes in April. I was there in October..I had made the rental car reservation with Enterprise in February when my friend and I were planning excursions. We each took some ports, and I had taken Charleston because we had been here before and loved the city. In all the time since April 28th, when the sign in the window states that this office closed…permanently, you would have thought that Enterprise would have bothered to let me know this pretty important fact? Did they? NO! In fact, they had sent me an e-mail reminder about my rental two days prior showing this address. In fact, if you go online to Enterprise right now, you can still book a car at this address. WTH???To say I was upset with Enterprise at this point was probably one of the biggest understatments of this century. I was screaming, cursing, soaking wet, standing in front of a closed store. So I call the number on the sign. I was put on hold by their automated system for five minutes and then told that their voicemail was full and hung up on. Did this three times before I finally decided to call their 800 number, which put me in touch with another Enterprise agency about a 20-minute drive away from where I was. Notice I said drive.At this point, I have to give this Enterprise agency (they are a franchise) full credit. Their manager jumped in and sent an Uber for me, got me to her store, had the car I had reserved ready and waiting and had me on my way back (a 30-minute drive) to the ship in no time. By now, it has been almost two hours since I set out, and I am just getting back to pick up the rest of the gang and get started on our day.So up until right then, I had great respect for the agency on Savannah Highway but then their manager called me after I wrote a bad evaluation of Enterprise in general. He offered to refund me the rental price to cover the fact that we had missed an excursion we had paid for. I thought that was truly impressive. At least I did then. Now, two weeks later, with no refund in sight, I guess that was just lip service. That's sad.

I have recently had to use several rentals for the past month and I am so happy I found this specific location. Alexandra and her team are beyond helpful, so friendly and right on time. They are a breath of fresh air in the customer service world. The cars are always very clean and in great shape. If I was far away, I would literally travel as far as necessary to use this specific branch.

Using this as a communication method to let you know that I followed your instructions when renting this vehicle. I picked it up on 08/23/2023. I dropped it off on 08/24/2023, at the Honda dealership down the street. Confirmation number 1RZX8J. You said to call your location once the car is at Honda. I have tried several times yesterday, and quite a few times this morning. THERE IS NO OPTION TO LEAVE A VOICEMAIL and your corporate office said to "just keep trying." That is not a viable solution. YOUR CAR IS AT RICK HENDRICK HONDA , as per your instructions.I will not keep trying to call you.

Friendly staff super helpful navigating insurance rental after accident. Always helpful, friendly. and fast visit. Going on 2 months of rental now after accident have had to close and re open rental agreements 3 times per insurance policy.

The staff and expertise of the local Enterprise to me in Charleston (2440 Savannah Highway) are extremely helpful and accommodating. I frequent this location and their service due to traveling for work often, and would not even consider another place. They now know me by name, are flexible and understanding, and go out of their way to make sure everything is as easy and smooth as possible. Thank you! 10/10 recommend!

The other enterprise locations need to take note on how to deliver exceptional customer service. Alexandra does an amazing job of getting you in and out effectively. Everything is setup the moment you arrive.Shoutout to Carrie who called a few days before to confirm arrival and to share the car will be available.
