I have a unit on Savannah Hwy, Charleston, SC. Darin, the manager, is friendly, patient and helpful. It’s like visiting an old friend. He goes above and beyond and cares about the clients. Because of Darin, I would recommend this storage location with confidence.

Nice clean and easy to access. No issues with pests and rodents like ive had at other places in the past. My one huge issue is my original email said that after the packaged time that i prepaid for, my March price would be one price and then i got something in the mail saying it was going to be nearly double that in March. Luckily i had a small unit So i closed out but i cant imagine if I had a big one how I would feel. So in summary, clean place but know that the price can be changed on you.

Do not use this place, utterly incompetent . Trust me. If you don’t believe how incompetent they are just look at the google page. Cannot even get the office hours correct. I notified them of this a week ago after I got there at 9pm with a full U-Haul and no way to get in. Didn’t even care enough to answer their own 24 hr call button. They still haven’t changed the time on their page…. LOL

I called and asked for a specific person and if they still worked at that location or if they worked at another location. Darien was quite rude, questioning who I was, and why I was calling for that specific person. Extra space also is a Client with the previous company I worked for. I have a great relationship with the Regional manager. I was trying to rent a unit and wanted to speak to somebody that had the professional knowledge of what exactly I needed to get Size ,in reference to what I had. Whether I know somebody or not, they just lost my business.

Awesome experience! Management Daren was super helpful and accommodating. Made himself available, and was super flexible with the units needs. Friendly, security, convenient and prices were competitive. I did my research and this was the best around!

Went to put my trailer in the spot I rented and there was another vehicle already there. I guess sometimes they do double rent on spots.
