The entrance gate has been non existence(broken)since I've stored my work trailer over a month, and was told some time before that...I was assured by the staff they have top of the line security surveillance systems in place and is safe to store....Well just showed up to my trailer and someone tried to cut the lock and the latch, damaged my trailer. My heart sunk, my entire way of supporting my family is in the work trailer. I feared they have taken my way of making money....thankfully they did not get inside.but the fact this happened shows lack of security. Will be discussing this with management for a solution... woke up my lawyer, on the phone, after telling him the details, he is glad i did.. hopefully management can makke it right and not go through that process. absolutely disgusted anyone at anytime, can enter the site because they have no GATE.....Update...they don't care, they had someone cut open the chain link fence....and never called the police or attempt to see who did and not have called to get repaired yet....they just told me to follow a insurance claim and so be it. And I would need a search warrant if want to see surveillance footage....yeah do not and I repeat store anything here.Wnd update. Police report filed. Never experienced such poor customer service if my life. The staff, who was the site manager, could have cared less of the situation, not even care about someone cutting the chain link fence to their own facility that others pay to store valuables for "safekeeping ".And her exact statement word for word when I said I need to speak to her management was"I can't give that to you, and "I'm about to leave this place anyway, I've never worked for such a place with all these issues ". So it appears this place has a history of known issues to include staffing issues.Everyone please and I mean please be mindful if you leave anything at this storage facility,The lack of security and concern for PAYING CUSTOMERS VALUABLES is disturbing. I pulled my trailer out and canceled immediately, with no refund or the slightest apology...I did not trust my property their for another min after observing the security (lack of) and how they responded to my situation...very unacceptable.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR OUTDOOR VEHICLE STORAGE. We arranged to park our RV here over the phone because Assured Storage hours are from 9:30-5:15....during work hours for most people. We were in a pinch and couldn’t go to the facility during those hours. We went later in the evening and realized their outdoor parking is parallel parking along the side of their facility. They told us we could park a 31ft RV in the spot they provided. However, it took us an hour to park the RV because of the other boats and vehicles in front of and behind our spot. They also do not have an after-hours line for you to call in case of an emergency or situation like this. The turn you have to make to get to the outdoor parking is not suitable for large vehicles like an RV. There was also a large tree branch in our spot (about 60 pounds) that we had to move ourselves. Above our spot is a large tree that looks to have been where the branch came from. Who thinks it’s okay to have large trees hanging over peoples’ property?!?! As we were leaving, we also noticed their side gate had been broken into despite the locks they had on it. When we asked for our money back they said no, that we should have looked at the spot first. This is a horrible company with terrible customer service. I would give zero stars if I could. We’ve been parked there one night and are moving our property immediately! They do not care about their customers.

I paid this company to safe guard my family camper it it was stolen. To access the gate you need a code. cameras at the entrance. They refuse to hand over the footage to the police. I've called them multiple times to be issued a refund for the month that my camper was stolen.

Since assured storage took over extra space we’ve had nothing but problems. Terrible customer service and extremely rude and unreliable. Stay AWAY from assured storage! Unless you want to lose your time and money....oh! And have your belongings destroyed by a massive RAT INFESTATION in units.

They don’t even have the option for you to pay online. There is no 1800 number to call and make a payment through, and their employees either never answer the phone or their computers are down or they’re just randomly closed. To add to all of that, they will charge you a $66.00 late fee because you didn’t pay on time. How the heck am I suppose to pay on time when all the modern methods of payment are refused?! It’s the 21st century! Catch up! They tell you to put a check in their drop box. How archaic! Most places don’t even accept checks anymore and this is the way you must pay. Just pathetic. assured storage boooo

Kyla was super friendly on the phone when making my first appointment. She was even more super in person. She made sure we had exactly what we needed without feeling pressured. Every question was answered. This was definitely the best choice for us!!
