Terrible management, will tow your car if left for 5 minutes you cannot shop at multiple stores in the area. Store is filthy and employees are rude.

Cashiers not patron friendly when where items may be located . And act not wanting to be bothered by the customer. One cashier in a nasty mean raised voice said dogs are not allowed in the store , i can deny you service. My shopping cart had item and was in the check out line. I had with me a six and a half of week puppy , i was buying food and a toy.The store policy in their website states that it is pet friendly. Will not shop at Family Dollar in the future. Do to the cashiers attitude unfriendly. Verbage and hostile actions. Plus the Family Dollar lying about being pet friendly.

This place is a joke nothing is ever stocked the cashier's are texting or talking on there phone while ringing out customers and they pay no mind to you they can't even say hey how are you and when you say it they can't be bothered the associates will use foul language like it's nothing even in front of little kids and that store is racist I have only seen one race work in that store too boot I honestly don't know how that store is running

ever since the store has reopened it NEVER opens on time... the cashiers are rude and the manager is EVEN MORE NASTY!!! The cashier with red hair (a Caucasian) has a VERY VULGAR MOUTH. Cashier and managers are taking personal phone calls while customers wait!!!! they SHOULD HAVE JUST LET IT STAY SHUT DOWN IF ITS GOING TO BE RAN LIKE THIS!!!!!!!!! I WISH I COULD GIVE NO STARS!!!**** ridiculous!!!

Family Dollar on Meeting Street in Charleston is a well managed and conveniently located Family Dollar location that is easy to access and find what you need when you need it. They have a good selection of basic items here that is handy when you are in this area. They have been a reliable option.
