Terrible experience. I arranged for my golf clubs to be sent to SC from NY on Wednesday November 25th. I was supposed to receive them on Monday November 30th. On Wednesday I was told they were sitting on a trailer in Charlotte NC and that there was no notation of when that trailer would be out for delivery. On Thursday I was told they didn’t know where they are and I should start a lost package claim.For all of my 4 call I was repeatedly sent to call centers out of the USA and had to speak with people who I could barely understand and who were absolutely of no help. They had 0 power to resolve my issue or even transfer my call to a supervisor. When I was finally able to speak with a person located in the USA she transferred my call to my case manager. The case manager had a heavy accent, she was rude and basically told me I was out of luck.I paid for 2 day shipment. It has now been over a week and I have not received my package or been contacted as to the status and whereabouts of my package.They charged me for a service. I paid for that service but I have not received the service I paid for. They took my money and have not delivered.
