I brought my car here after my car accident. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, I was texted often with updates, including what day my next update text was coming, which was wonderful! Highly recommend bringing your vehicle to Fender Mender!

I’d give this business ZERO stars if possible. Do yourself a favor and take your vehicles elsewhere!!! This place has the absolute poorest craftsmanship I’ve ever seen. I got my vehicle “repaired” after a MINOR accident and the parts literally fell off a month later. They refused to rectify the issue claiming the car could have been damaged in another incident! With NO other existing damage and the ONLY problem being same EXACT parts that were “repaired” at this facility! Save yourself the headache and stress and use a honest, reputable repair shop with EXPERIENCED technicians.

Wonderful work my car looks like it never happened. From the previous damage. Fender Mender and their team members is one of the best body shops around Charleston. They did a great job on my Cadillac XT6. I had a lot of damage from a wreck. They had excellent communication through the whole process and communicated with the insurance company to make it easy. They even cleaned the inside of my car which was a nice surprise. Highly recommend.

People that work in the office is VERY RUDE!! It Dont cost nonething to be nice But the gentleman in the back is VERY nice he is the manager in back!!

Fender Menders was a life saver. Our daughter was new to the area when she got into a minor accident. They were the only shop that guided us through the process of getting her car into the shop and fixed in a very timely manner. They updated her twice a week and were able to get her car back to her just in time for a family vacation. They worked well with our insurance company, and even gave her a ride when doing some additional work. The work was very good and the entire staff was friendly and very professional throughout. I would highly recommend them.

Fender Mender did a awesome job after a branch fell on my car. FM did the work quickly and expertly. My car had 4 dents on the roof and hood so there was repair and paint that had to be done. They are professional and expert in their repairs and care of their customers.
