“Yesterday, I ordered a same-day floral arrangement as a sympathy sentiment for family over 1000miles away. I went online and randomly selected this local to their area florist who offered same-day delivery. At the time of my order, it was a little past noon. I received a call back almost immediately stating that the delivery driver had already left for that location and they asked if the delivery could be made the next day. This wasn’t an issue for me, as it wasn’t an urgent matter. It was a gesture I wanted to make given that I was unable to travel for the memorial services. I think her name was Rita. She was so kind and had great customer service. They were kind enough to upgrade the floral arrangement. The death that we experienced in our family was sudden, so when my family receive the florals, they were pleasantly surprised with the quality of beautiful flowers the arrangement was made with. It made me feel so happy I chose them.”

“I live out of state and was looking for a last-minute florist in Charleston to send birthday flowers to my 94-year-old grandmother, on a Sunday no less. Most places were closed (It’s Charleston, after all), but I stumbled upon Blossoms & Stems Florist, and they offered same-day delivery. Amazing!
Not only was the service fast, but the price was also surprisingly reasonable, especially for a weekend delivery. I appreciated that they’re part of the Teleflora Network, which means they can partner with local florists to fulfill orders, super helpful for weekend or short-notice deliveries.
I placed the order around 9am, and the flowers arrived to my grandmother by 2pm. Perfect timing! As expected with Teleflora, the bouquet wasn’t an exact replica of the online photo (it depends on the season and availability of flowers that these florists have), but what is more important was that the arrangement was beautiful and thoughtfully done. The florist clearly put care into making it special.
