Food Lion is a grocery store that has seen improvements in its customer service over the past several months. It is located in a sketchy but safe area and offers a basic selection of groceries. The store manager, Jeff, and his two assistants, as well as many of the cashiers and stockers, are known for their kindness and willingness to help customers. One customer, a regular Fiji water buyer, has developed close relationships with the staff over the years and appreciates the store's quality and convenient location. However, another customer had a negative experience in the past, finding the selection poor, the employees rude and unhelpful, and the store dirty. This customer later acknowledged that the situation had improved, noting that being nicer to "mean" employees can lead to them becoming more pleasant over time. Overall, Food Lion is known for its competitive prices, often beating Walmart on certain items. Dont let the location scare you. Its safe and the shelves are well stocked. Staff a friendly and very helpful. Dont expect exotic stuff, but what they have are what you need

The customer service has greatly improved over the last several months, also this grocery store has the best of any of the grocery stores on the peninsula.
