While visiting Charleston, I decided to go to the local Free People store. It’s always a treat to check out different FP stores.I’m so glad I went in. I found a few items I didn’t see at other locations. The store was beautiful, quaint, clean, full of great items and decorated with the cutest boho vibe.The staff was very welcoming and helpful. They definitely had that Charleston friendliness and kindness. I love their culture!If you’re in the area, it’s definitely worth your time to check it out! FP never disappoints!

Went today... nice enough store but the three girls working there ignored me (literally didn't even say hi, and when I smiled at them walking by the counter, they still didn't say anything). That lack of customer service doesn't really make me want to spend money there.

After shopping twice in Charleston and once in Atlanta, we won’t be back. We went to exchange a pair of pants and were told since the tag was detached they couldn’t prove they hadn’t been worn. Yet on a shirt hanging up there was deodorant marks! Training in customer service is definitely needed.

As a New Yorker, I have to say FP employees are usually not the friendliest. However, this location and the employees were amazing! I walked in and was greeted and tried something on. I asked one of the girls to please get me a smaller size and they did right away, which is of course what you would expect, but the girls were sooo nice. Highly recommend stopping here. I ended up buying a romper I have been eyeing
