The woman who helped me (whom I believe was the manager) was incredibly nice and equally knowledgeable. I neither needed nor wanted the gamestop pro membership going into the store but she made such a fantastic pitch I joined on the spot and would happily do so again

The staff was pleasant and while I was completing my purchase we got side tracked into a wonderful little conversation for a short ten minutes or so. It was pretty good day.

Stay away! I went to the GS website to buy a game. Paid for it, received email confirmation that it was ready pick up. Drove nearly an hour, sitting in traffic, to pick it up. Entered the store, there were three customers browsing. I walked toward the register and watched as the associate, “Micah,” wrapped cards in rubber bands while completely ignoring me. After an awkward moment, “Micah” asked what I needed. I told him that I was here to pick up the game which I had ordered/paid for online about an hour prior. He asked, “Armored Core?” I acknowledged. He said he had to CANCEL the order! When asked why, he said that they only had preordered copies in the store and he couldn’t release those! I slowly, steadily and patiently advised that I had just paid for, and received confirmation that the item was ready for pick up!!! Not to mention the drive to and now back! I pleaded for him to release the copy of which I had already paid. When he said he couldn’t do that, I asked to speak to a manager. He laughed and said we don’t have a manager here, “there’s probably one in Mt. Pleasant.” WHAT??? So infuriated I called GS corporate to report the incident and the demeanor/actions of “Micah.” This associate was receptive and empathetic. After recording my information/details he admitted that, that should have never happened. After providing the transaction #, the associate could see that the order had been cancelled- without notes indicating the reason. I was assured that I would receive a call within 72 hours from the District Manager to discuss further.

The staff here is absolutely ridiculous. I ordered a game for same day pick up and it didn't go through until two days later. The staff was no help and refused to answer my phone calls. I came today to pick my order up and the store is closed! It's 3:20 in the afternoon and the website says they are open until 7pm.

Don't think this place ever picked up or answered a phone call . Try to call this Game Stop location- wish u good luck.

I rarely stop to give a review unless someone has gone way above and beyond the mark of "superb" and represented themselves and the place they work with absolute excellence! That said, Theo was just that! Fantastic job at the 7 minutes to close, end of the night, understaffed, nobody in the parking lot..every opportunity to see me as a pain in the neck. Nope! Helped me out effectively and let me know how to find what I needed efficiently with a great deal of information since I am not a gamer. I'm grateful for that because unfortunately, it tends to be rare. Bravo Theo! I will be back again soon!

Had some issues with the new PS5 I bought. Jessica was a great help getting it swapped out. She was incredibly helpful with me and every other customer that came in the store.

Allie and the team are the absolute best, and given the amount of resources they have at their disposal - do their absolute best to help you. Every GameStop is different, and when run with compassion for others it can be as successful as a family owned shop.

I love gamestop absolutely do it makes me feel like a kid everytime I go in there but this waiting when they suppose to open at 10am I got here today at 10:11am thinking it will take couple more minutes to open up its now 11:53am and still not open I saw someone go in but not opened yet now have to wait for who knows how long for them to open if you're going to open 12pm or 1pm post it on the door or something so people can know waiting for to 2 to 3 hours is just ridiculous I know stuff happens but darn

The guy working was amazing and every time I’m there the store is slammed and he is always busting his a** working alone. Mad respect for him. He needs a raise.

I love the associates here! They're helpful and extremely knowledgeable. For what they have to go through in a day I'm sure they aren't paid enough. Thank you for what you do and know that you are appreciated Game Stop team! ; )
