This GNC store is consistently organized and clean. The staff is described as very friendly, helpful, nice, and knowledgeable. Employees offer good suggestions and recommendations, explaining why products are useful. They are happy to have conversations and share their expertise. Customers appreciate the helpful service and report being able to get what they need efficiently. The experience is consistently enjoyable.
I drove from Folly over to West Ashley to go to the GNC on Savannah Highway and just as I pulled in some young looking dude lock the door and turned off the lights. Keep in mind it's 3:15 PM and the store is supposed to be open until seven! Pretty poor business practice if you ask me

your West Ashley store never accepts calls. Always claims that the staff is assisting others and tells you to call again. I tried calling for several days with the same result each time

So what's the deal? You guys have been having issues apparently for a very long time finding people to actually be in the store. Waste of my time when I go out of my way to come here for something I need and they're not open at 3:30.
