I purchased two ball caps at this Charleston, SC, Gucci store..First, I think they have favorites at this store, which is wrong..I was told one of the caps was the last one they had in stock and that a customer had already bought it; they were just waiting for the customer to come back and pay them for the cap. It doesn't sound like the customer bought the cap to me if they haven't paid the money yet for it! I was not very happy about that!! They refused to sell it to me. However, they did offer me the option to order one online and have it shipped to me, so I went with that because they covered the shipping charges due to the fact that I apparently couldn't buy the one in store. Even though I gave them my residential address and asked them to ship the hat to my address, it never arrived at my address. All the numbers and things provided at checkout when I ordered were useless; corporate could not find the order by them. Corporate helped me contact a manager at the store and promised the manager would call me within 48 hours..never received a call. It is not surprising, as I frequently shop at Gucci, and the managers never seem to call..I ordered this hat at the end of December. I didn't get any answers from corporate until the beginning of February. It took nearly eight calls to corporate, and no manager has reached out even now! Corporate told me the hat was shipped to the store and has been sitting at the store waiting for me to pick it up. I explained that I gave them my residential address, and nobody from the store ever called to let me know it arrived there. What kind of customer service is that? Corporate is processing a refund, which still hasn't gone through. If they had just paid better attention and shipped the ball cap to my residence, we wouldn't have this problem, or better yet, they should have just let me get the last one that was in the store. It's ridiculous that they were holding it for a customer who hadn't even paid for it yet; it was still on the sales floor, and I should have been allowed to buy it!

Not a fan of this store. Went in looking for a bag, was very detailed on what I was looking for. It was obvious the girl who thought she was helping us didn't have her 'listening ears' on or just didn't give a flying figActually, I don't think she gave a flying fig if I purchased anything or not, as was obvious byher eye rolling, pursed lips.Maybe, dare I say, she just couldn't hide her prejudice, as I'm several shades lighter than her. Sugar, you just don't wear that attitude well

We came in to browse and looked at a few crossbody purses and then moved onto shoes. I asked the sales woman if they had any Womens slides because they didn't have any on display. She showed me the one style they had in stock and I decided to try them on. They were so cute and comfortable I had to get them!! The staff here were all very friendly and made you feel welcome. Our sales person gave us great dining recommendations and also her phone number - so sweet! Beautiful store and I loved the downtown location.

I just want to say that Jane is wonderful! I sent my watch in for a repair covered by my warranty, but after several months of waiting Jane agreed that it shouldn’t take that long. Jane took the initiative and sent me out a new watch with overnight shipping! She was extremely helpful and responsive. When I return to this location, I will continue to work with Jane!

If I could give the no stars that's what I would do. I dropped off my Gucci necklace in early December. The guy who took my information was Christopher.He said I would be hearing from Gucci repair in a few weeks. 2 months later after they moved into the new store, I went in to check on my necklace. MY NECKLACE WAS STILL AT THE STORE!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!A new representative took over my case Celina. She was very good about keeping me "in the loop" for a few weeks via text messages. Told me there would be no charge for anything because of the mishandled process. Even offered me a store credit, i turned down because i love my necklace, it was a gift and i had only had it for a month. Then nothing for months. So I drove over 2 hours to the store and asked for Celina. Was told She was off today but she would relay the memo Celina and she would contact me when she returned to work. I waited and waited. NOTHING!!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!!So I called the store. By the way you do not get to speak to anyone at that store. I demanded to speak to the Manager. They pulled up my records and said "Wow" we have had your necklace for 6 months. Exactly!! He assured me that a manager would call me back immediately. Never happened. A few weeks went by so I called the store back, again can't speak to anyone at the store, and asked for the corporate Gucci telephone number. He gave it to me. I called almost 4 weeks ago and no one has returned my call yet. Called Monday again. NOTHING!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Gucci used to be my go to Brand... I will never purchase anything from them again. I have many many of their products. NO MORE WILL EVER BE PURCHASED BY ME OR MY HUSBAND.MY ADVICE TO ANYONE WANTING TO PURCHASE GUCCI. PLEASE READ THIS!!! ABSOLUTELY NO NONE ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

The worst boutique with terrible customer service! STAY AWAY!!! The advisor put the wrong size sandals in my bag when I went shopping over Mother's Day weekend. Fast forward to Memorial Day weekend and still no response from store!!!! Awful!!

I live in a big city but PREFER going to this location for direct purchases. My Gucci Attendant "Evin" has been amazing each and every visit. Whenever I need or want an item, I know Evin will take care of my needs and provide the best customer service.
