“Unbelievable Customer Focus. I had some ammo that was not performing and before jumping on the keyboard I reached out to Precision One Ammo directly via website. Much to my surprise immediately after sharing situation via email, I received a phone call from Mike at Precision One. Not only did he listen to my situation, he immediately offered to resolve problem. I never expected personal resolution. In today’s world with folks jumping on internet to blast companies, I’m glad I took the correct path. Precision One has not only kept a customer but also a gained a reference. Hopefully more folks reach out before knocking them.
