I went to store because they had a sofa online that I wanted to look at. The floor sample of the same sofa was on sale. I was able to purchase and pick up sofa at one. Transaction was simple, fast and due to purchasing floor sample I was able to purchase sofa for 300$ less than I was actually going to purchase it for. It was win win.

My visit was so much more than I expected! I came in looking for one item but ended up getting all the furniture I need for every room in my studio apartment. If that's not enough, I get to meet with a designer who will help me with all the colors, drapery, and area rugs! So much more than I anticipated and I am delighted!

Kelli Jo offered us superb customer service. She listened intently on what I was saying and what I was needing. She then showed me many different options, one of which we chose. Then she showed many options to accessorize our purchase, of which we bought several of these suggestions. She was professional, knowledgeable and kind. Our experience was wonderful and we will definitely use Haverty’s again for our furniture needs.

Courteous, friendly, helpful customer service. We did not feel rushed or pressured, and the staff and sales rep was extremely helpful, treating us with the utmost respect, while not invading our personal space, which gave us time to process and figure out exactly what we wanted.

Barry is a long time salesperson of Haverty's and it shows. We walked into Haverty Memorial Day weekend in an effort to catch a sale for our new bedroom project. Shopping with Barry was like shopping with a honest friend. He had a thought and an opinion. I hate shopping with a salesperson who says, "Well it's up to you and what you like." Ultimately, I know that, but it is so wonderful to hear the welcome thoughts of others. Barry was that person. Together we picked out the perfect set for our room which should be delivered the end of this month. Another thing he did was to check with us continuously on the progression of the bedroom. It was a long process and I can't wait to see the set in there. He also assured me that if any piece didn't work, once the guys set it up, I could send it back. That too, was satisfying, though I think it will all be fine. Barry was a delight and a joy to work with. What GREAT customer service!!! ?? ? ? two thumbs up!

I purchased the guarantee for my furniture which I ended up using due to leather abrasions through wear. I was very happy to be provided a full replacement for my sofa and pleasantly surprised to have an early delivery date. Barry provided me with excellent service and I'm very happy how it was handled.

As a returning customer from out of state (Kentucky), I always make Havertys one of my stops to look at the new trends in your store and to hopefully see something different..Ms. Audra really welcomed me back, and helped me to look for some interesting pieces of furniture..thank you again Ms. Audra!

Great customer service. Barry, the General Manager was wonderful. He helped us so much through our decision making. I returned one item (without any hassle) only because it didn't look right in the room. I also love that that you can track the delivery truck, so you aren't waiting on the doorbell for hours. Would definitely use them again.

We had an excellent experience with Starr and Ty. However I do feel that I should have received a minimum of a 10% discount on july 4th weekend. Ultimately I know I’ll be very happy with my sofa, but all the other stores were offering 20-40% off, so I’m disappointed that this wasn’t the case with my purchase.

I steered my daughter to Havertys so she could purchase her first bed and desk, instead of using rooms to go.the purchasing experience was good, but it was after the sale that Havertys became a mess.Bought a bed and desk on June 3rd, explaining that the deliver needed to made on July 1st. Reached the email confirming a July 1st delivery. Later received email confirming a delivery time betwen 430pm-630pm. Received a call saying the delivery was doing to be around 730pm, and that was no problem.Before 9pm received a call saying the delivery cannot be made Saturday because the drivers exceeded over time and the delivery was rescheduled for Friday July 7th(this done without even calling the customer to consult). I watched the GPS tracking of the truck drive right past my daughter's place and saw the GPS showing the delivery truck back at Havertys on Rivers Avenue, North Charleston.Why was my daughter delivery not given priority since Havertys made the mistake, over another delivery. A delivery for Monday should have been schedule for my daughter.Meantime my daughter is now sleeping on the floor, because of Havertys mistake.Went to the sales room and the sales person said they cannot do anything and they have nobody to contact. So no help available to see about getting the furniture.I never had Rooms To Go miss a delivery in the 20+ years of purchasing. Havertys has really created a bad impression to a first time buyer due to how this situation is being handled.Please don't respond with "customer please call the store manager", it should be the store manager reaching out to the customer to get this resolved.Talked to customer service, so if Havertys makes a mistake it is the customer problem, not Haverty.Learned from daughter's friend parents, they experienced the same issue with deliveries. So people remember that Havertys delivery is not as good as Rooms To Go and Havertys does not deliver on Mondays. If your delivery does not happen, Havertys does not bump other deliveries, they will just inconvenience the customers who deliver was missed.Havertys has failed a first time buyer and probably has lost this new customer to a competitor.We are not asking for any discounts on the purchase, or future credit. Just asking Havertys to get her furniture delivered in a timely manner.
