Nothing bad to say here, Jeremy took care of my car and I. They communicated with the insurance company. Took a couple months to obtain parts but I was notified when the parts arrived and was able to set up a drop off date. Repairs were quicker than I thought with the damage that was repaired. Good work team!

I was working with Walker when it came to incident with my truck. I explained the complex situation that was going on with work and the damage. Walker was upfront, honest, and a true professional. Please read reviews before making your worse mistake. My wife took her suv over a year ago left it under Abigail Kerns care. Just tired of watching her suffer! They quote an estimate that is $5000 more than what the insurance company was offering to pay, filled through arbitration courts. Hendricks/Abigail refused to show up at court to explain the quote. State farm representating our case reached out to Hendricks and offered to pay at least half of the $5000 and ready to negotiate so as to have my wife back on the road but Hendricks refused to respond!! My wife bought a used car from carmax that kept breaking down she had to return it and lease a car when we already have a 2018 rav 4 sitting at Hendricks already payed off, with two kids under age of 5.
Accident wasn't her fault but it takes a whole year plus to fix what looks like a minor damage. A good friend recommended Hendricks but it has been a nightmare that never goes away. Please help fix my wife's car!!! If looking for a collision for your car needs please please read reviews!!!
This review doesn't allow me to post a picture of the car after the accident, it will have your eyebrows raised because it doesn't look like a major damage that would keep a customer vehicle in a repair shop for over a year!!!!

It has been over a year since I brought my vehicle to Hendricks collision Charleston in Savannah hwy, I was reading most of the reviews and if you haven't been in this situation you won't understand..I am a mom of two little boys and i have been stranded, stressed... Yes, you take your vehicle to them they'll do a higher quote, they won't communicate with insurance company, if you have an attorney they won't communicate with them. You're bringing business to them, you would think they should be on your side but I guess not. The insurance company representing my case Amanda has reached to them without any cooperation, my attorney has tried to negotiate but nothing. Abigail is the tech working on my vehicle but I guess she just follows protocol. The accident was not my fault I got hit on hwy 17 on my way home going to pick my kids from daycare and now my family has suffered for a whole year with no transportation. My vehicle is still at Hendricks as I write my review, I guess I should have done my research before bringing my vehicle to them. My hopes and prayers is to get my vehicle back as soon as possible

It took me over a month to get in, the repair work created new damage that they deny completely, and communication was sparse (until I had an issue with the repair, and they called quickly to deny their contribution to this, and I’ve received a million texts after the repair asking for a review but communication during and before was nonexistent).
Yes, the bumper was repaired well, but the headlight next to the repair is now “coincidentally” cracked and containing moisture after the repair. Very “coincidental” indeed considering this problem didn’t happen with the damaged bumper and prior to the repair. They said they’d gladly give me an estimate for the headlamp but would not admit any cause on their end.
This was a terrible service experience. Do yourself a favor, and find a smaller shop who actually cares about their customers and will get the job done right.

My husband and I had the chance to work with the Hendrick's team, and more specifically, Abby Kerns over the past month for our car troubles. She gave such exceptional service through her attentiveness, communication, and care. She truly went the extra mile to ensure our family was in the loop throughout this process.
