If you want convenience, go somewhere else.If you want someone to answer your call, go somewhere else. EVERY single time I call to talk to someone, it is AT LEAST 25 minute wait time. Minimum.If you want a bank to be responsible with your money when it comes to debit/credit cards, go somewhere else.On the other hand, If you want to have a likely chance of being approved for a loan, you can consider REV. They love that.Never had an issue when they were Heritage Trust. Couldn’t recommend them more back in the day.Picture attached is the amount of time I was on hold. Not a single person answered and I hung up after waiting 30 minutes, yet again.Amazing how you can NEVER get in touch with people who have your money.

Would give this bank less stars if possible, for starters my husband and I applied for a loan August 3rd, the advisor give us the impression that we were approved, August 17 he contact us just to tell us they couldn’t approve the loan requested amount because we were $500.00 short! Which is crazy when we have 4000 + in residual income monthly! Prior to me coming to this bank( My colleagues inform that this bank was prejudice and I refuse to believe them! But when their employee himself says, “ I’ve been fighting this all day, because what they done isn’t right, I can’t believe this” I know right then and there it wasn’t based off factual information! I am not mad because of their decision, I’m more so disappointed about us waiting around we could have been else where shopping for rates! If you are looking for a credit union I suggest you invest your money in a bank that will have your back in the event you need them; if they can’t deliver, find a bank that would! That’s the main reason individuals choose credit unions over traditional banks anyway.

Wonderful and friendly staff! I always enjoy seeing everyone. So much so that I make it a point to go inside and not just drive through. They have always gone above and beyond to get me everything I've needed.

Teresa and her team do an amazing job! They know me by name when I come in and treat me like family. In all my years as a member I’ve yet to have a bad experience in the James island branch! Kudos to that team!
